SOMEONE ELSE NOTICED THIS~!
I've sung one over the other so often, I'm glad I'm not entirely crazy to hear it...! Maybe only SOMEWHAT crazy, anyway.
A lot's changed in the decade and a half I've been here.

I don't know if it's been said, but "Raparapadance" and "You Can Fly! You Can Fly! You Can Fly!" have the same near riff except for the last few notes.

Tension - Tell Me Why
Dusty - Hey Ho Let's Go: the verse (including the synths) sound very much like Tell Me Why.

Wow, I never noticed this until just now, but Neo's Disco Fire (AMAZING song, by the way) bears an extremely close resemblance to Mega NRG Man's Burning Desire. Not only is the synth hook virtually the same, but so is the entire chord progression. It's basically the same song, except on crack (and with extremely good production and vocal delivery).

Has anyone noticed the similarities between Aleph - Big Brother and Dave Rodgers - Sun City?

The intros are built up in a similar fashion, the hook follows the same tones, the verse follows almost the same melody and timing, there is a break right after the first verse, followed by the second verse (in both songs).

The bridge is in the same style (the same phrase a couple of times: 1984 or Don't You Want Me) and even the chorus follows the same chords and partially the same vocal melody.

Ofcourse Dave's free to rehash his own song, but it's funny I didn't hear this before.

Why do you think that Euromach edit blatantly does a mashup of the two? ;)

The opening of Energy Love is a total spin-off of the instrumental melody from Aleph's Bad Power.

As mentioned earlier, I Need a Hero is clearly based on Music Fever by Luke Penn & Mr. M.

I think it's safe to say that almost every Luca Pernicci song was based on each other. :D

Mystery of Love by Virginelle sounds like a near carbon copy of Heart on Fire by Juliet...it's so eerie.

Riff in In The Heart of Rome / Za-Za sounds very similar to the riff of Time Into The Sky / Eryko.

Has anyone mentioned the first two bars of the choruses of Bazooka Man - Garcon and Bazooka Girl - Bazooka Girl sound almost the same? I can't help but wonder if they did on purpose.
