Well, I guess that's something, although news on 221 would've been better.

She(if it is truly by 7A) posted it on 2ch public BBS and other japanese eurobeat sites, which I do not think a good choice.

Even if it's true, how are they going to have 100 songs in 70 mins? Unless it's divided into two discs like 50 songs 70 mins on 1 disc, and 50 songs 70 mins on the other disc? But it doesn't sound like that....is it just me?

And SEB already had a 90s themed compilation a little over 10 years ago. "The Best of '90s Super Eurobeat DJ Special Hits Collection"---it was 50 songs per disc; a two disc set. (Yes I have that one...I thought the song selection was SO much better than Vol 100, which I thought Vol 100 was too much geared to the parapara fans and not much left for the 'listener' type fan like me. And I enjoy upbeat songs, but not really the stereotypical 'Night of Fire' type songs that the parapara fans enjoy.)

It will probably be in the same style as Super Euro Best 100 where the songs are 30 seconds to a minute long.
Also I think 10 years is a fairly decent size gap between this 90s collection and the one you mentioned.

Interesting...(hopefully the tracklisting won't be exactly the same...although I know there will probably be songs on that one on this new one.)

Not believing until I see it on some other, more official sites (HMV, avex etc). Why would 7A first post news on 2ch where people constantly talk bad about her? There's a blog at http://avexnet.or.jp/eurobeat/diary for a reason!! :P　There's also not even a price or catalog number yet and it's supposed to come out in less than a month. When was the last time MST did a Non-Stop Mix too...

Even if it is true, it's bad news, since it's just taking time and resources away from the more urgent issue of.... SUPER EUROBEAT VOL.221!!!!! :(

I agree with the_ditz. Releases like that are... utterly useless. They did that kind of release multiple times before. We need SEB 221; No other stupid releases!

It's probobly just a way to let the Eurobeat fans know not to lose faith and that SEB 221 is in the works...I hope :???:

7A came 2ch BBS again and wrote that the album was postponed to 29 August. She also noted that SEB official blog will have an article on that album two days later. Let's see how it goes...

What's the use of buying a cd with only 30 sec. samples of each song? Is it a Japanese thing?
