I must say it's nice to finally see more iTunes releases after what felt like a drought of non-SEB releases by the major labels. Too bad the rock version of Rock Beatin' Wild is the only track not already available from some other source, though.

I don't think it's very likely, but if SCP continues the EuroKudos series extensively, then I hope they go back and finally push out all of their unreleased tracks, as well as the full versions of great Euromach songs like Hey Ho, Let's Go and Freedom Wild. I guess it depends on whatever deal they have with Avex over all of this.

No, it's an edit we got on SEB (4:37). This version is ~1min longer.

Also, it's on Junodownload:
http://www.junodownload.com/products/eu ... 394860-02/

Lossless fuck yeah.

EDIT

The intro to Plastic is different from the SEB version!
Also, it may just be me but... is it a bit different sounding too?

EDIT 2

Little Little Star has a drum intro.

And of course, the real extended to Me And You. :D

Rock Beatin' Wild Eurock version is amazing. 10/10.

Yeah, Plastic sounds a bit crisper and fresher or something... interesting...

I actually think Me & You sounds like it's had the vocals remastered or re-recorded as well. Also, the main synth sounds a bit sharper and the production has been altered slightly.

Now that I listen to more songs, these all sound re-made. Power Of My Love has a louder guitar during the intro and bridge in particular and less echo on the main synth. Coolover is the other one where I notice the main synth is more direct with less reverb, and the vocals sound redone.

Interesting that SCP have decided to redo these tracks - wonder what compelled them to take such a step. :???:

If SCP is going back and remaking/extending songs, I hope they would extend Set Me Free. It's almost a crime for that song to be only 3:40 long.

Tbh, I am not too crazy about it.
The reason that some sounds a bit different is maybe because that they are less brickwalled than on SEB.

I noticed that every tracks are from SEB 201 to 206 except for the Jager alternate versions where they were on 211. So, Vol.2, when it'll come out, will prob. have 207-209 and possible tracks that were forgotten between 201 and 206 (see tracks with * in the list below for quick reminder) List of possible remaining tracks between 201 and 219 for future volume:

Christine - Bigga Boom
Jay Lehr - Hi Love
Fastway Invisible Touch
Vivi - Eyes Of Sky
Go 2 - Samurai Blue (SEB Ver.)
Go 2 - Samurai Blue (Hi-Tension Ver.)
Momo - One Heart One Soul
Jager - What D'You Want From Me
Jager - Stay Away From Me
Ace - Take My Breath Away (Healing)
Hotblade - Legendary Heart (SEB Ver.)
Hotblade - Legendary Heart (Eurobeat Ver.)
Jay Lehr - Fallin' In Love Again (SCP EB Version)
Jay Lehr - Fallin' In Love Again (Fashion Version - aka SEB Vers.)
Ace - Set Me Free (EB Ver.)
Ace - Set Me Free (Art Of Light Version)
Ace - Set Me Free (Mainstreet Version)
Alix - Maximisin'
Alix - Maximisin' (SCP Delicious Version)
Alix - Hello Kitty
Domino & Scream Team - Boom Boom Scream (SCP EB Version)
Domino & Scream Team - Boom Boom Scream (8-Bit Funny Version)
Domino & Scream Team - Boom Boom Scream (Paradrive Version)
Domino & Scream Team - Boom Boom Scream (All-in-one Mad Edit)
Jager - Because Of You (SCP EB Version)
Jager - Because Of You (SCP Masterpop Version)
Hotblade - Disconnected (Euroext. Vers.)
Hotblade - Disconnected (EB Ver.)
Fastway - Ministry Of Power
Ace - Crazy On Emotion (EB Ver.)
Lou Master - Up & Dance Up & Go (Euroext. Ver.)
Lou Master - Up & Dance Up & Go (EB Ver.)
Irene - Every Heart Wanna Fly (EB ver.)
Yo Shine - I Dream Of You
April - The Magic I Feel
Hotblade - Power Two
Christine - Dancin' Together
*Bubbles - Hanky Panky
*Go 2 - Don't Turn It Off (Headrush Mix)
*The Snake - The Snake Around
*Melissa White - Promised Discoland
*Ace - Don't Stop The Dance (Vintage 2001 Deluxe Version)
*Momo - Flash & Love
*Momo - Send Me An Angel

That's most track released by SCP in the 200's and 210's. Also, it's totally possible that they only plan to release tracks made in 2010 and 2011. Only time will tell at this point.

Nope, I'm sure it's nothing to do with the mastering. They've been re-recorded. ;)

Well I can only hope that an extended version is rerecorded for "Samurai Blue". I' get that one for sure.

At the moment I can't even remeber what Hi- Love-Jay Lehr sounded like :???:

Fastway - Invisible Touch (one of the songs in the list) is in vol. 2. (It was briefly posted on Youtube as a vol 2 promo).

Weird, these tracks don't really sound so different to me. I expected virtually everything, from the vocal track to the general instrumentation to be new, but aside from Me and You, the only changes I can decipher are just slightly modified masterings.

Wear good quality headphones and the synth alterations and new vocals will all start to jump out at you ;)

Coolover sounds better, but to be honest Power Of My Love doesn't sound as good to me - weird how that happens! :D

that Jager remix was horrible! the backround music sounded like something more apt for Chris Brown or Flo Rida. No thanks!
