This time I'll be staying in Tokyo as well as Kyoto. Anyone with experience as far as Kyoto comes and obtaining teh eurobeats? Last time I got quite a few recommendations on where to obtain said genre within Tokyo and I shall use the know-how this time as well.
Also when was/is the Cherry live tour?? Any help would be much appreciated :)

I'm here in Tokyo as well on a vacation, but not sure where to go for the clubs and stuff for eurobeat. Also when was/is the Cherry live tour?? Any help would be much appreciated :)

Great, thanks for all the info. Can't decide whether to go tonight to ageHa or try out Maharaja on Wednesday. ageHa seems to have a Trance area as well as a disco/eurobeat/hyper techno area, while Maharaja will just have a disco night., and of course Cherry will be at both places! Hmm...where should I go??? :P ageHa also seems quite faraway from central Tokyo...

Cherry only gets a 15 min. slot at ageHa...but I think ageHa lasts longer! Do both!!

I was trying to scavenge through the net, but doesn't seem like SEB236 will get much of a special case at either B1 or Maharaja. My birthday collides perfectly with the release of 236 so I'm most certainly trying to get some eurobeating it up goings on. B1 seems to have moved since the last time I was in Tokyo as well, finding the new joint will be an adventure of its own.

Just finished seeing Clara Moroni. She started the show with "Help Me" by Mela which really surprised me!! I was expecting she would start off singing with an Initial D song or something but so glad she did Mela. She was only on for 15 mins but she was awesome and I enjoyed every second of it!! I was lucky to be near the front row as well. Of course she also sang "Yesterday" and others as well. An unforgettable experience indeed!:!:

Aside from the Cherry show, the rest of the "Island Stage" in ageHa had some oldies as well, such as Bananarama's "I Heard A Rumour", Maio & Co's "Dark In The Night" and so many others I can't list at the moment. :P

What about attendance? Were there a lot of peeps? So there was a good range of 90s-Present tracks? Sounds like you had a great time! Any pics or videos???

Attendance seemed pretty good. Probably 200-300 people in the "Island" area. It died down quickly after she finished, and then also after the para para dancers on stage doing something else had finished.

Yeah, they played lots of 90's eurobeat stuff, but I didn't stay the whole time there to see whether they played any newer tunes. I went away from the Island arena to see the main arena with Ferry Corsten when they started to play some hard techno stuff that was hurting my eardrums... :-x

I'll try to post some pics and vids when I get the time...

I also noticed that I was literally right beside this guy who I've seen on youtube who made a video of himself going to Italy to see Ace & Domino at their studios/homes. I don't know whether he comes onto this forum or not, but here's a shout out to him since I didn't get a chance to say a "hello" at the show! He seem like a big Cherry fan after seeing him sing along very enthusiastically with the live show. :)

Christ, I can't navigate Book offs one bit. I am assuming the sebs are somewhere other than S as I cant find any in those slots. Been going round the akihabara book off for a while now, think I gotta bug a clerk soon....

You should try the suburbs locations.
Other than SEB stuff, I am in search of video games stuff as well at book-offs and or hard-offs.
The largest locations of any store I have seen so far are in Hachioji.
Quite a few locations there. Try a House-Off location as well which combines book-off, hard-off and mode-off all in one!

I recently saw some SEB's, but can't remember which volumes now. Nothing that interested me though.
I was trying to find more obscure stuff such as vinyls or maxi singles of eurobeat stuff. :P

Heh familiar struggles. I've been going to a lot of the more obscure (or well just smaller) spots of Book Offs and the other similar chain (that name I always forget). In general I don't have a whole lot of space for extra volumes but I would still be glad in finding a few at least. Maybe the next few days I'll be spending in Kyoto will offer me some Book Off adventures again. I've also been on a videogame hunt actually, this place is a like a mecha compared to what I've gotten used to in Finland. Shame that most of the things I want aren't compatible with what I got back at home. Getting a Famicom here wouldn't be exactly impossible, but still quite a big thing to invest on...

...I'm gonna need more suitcases.

Try looking at the "junk" sections of the store.
It doesn't necessarily mean the stuff is broken, it just means that the staff haven't had time or the equipment to test it all whether it works or not, but many things from that section still work. Haven't seen a famicom in that area yet, but have seen quite a few super famicoms for just 800 yen each. Most of the cartridge based games in that section are just dirty and need the sensors cleaned with some rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs and then they're good as new. CD based games are definitely harder to fix...

I just recently snatched a famicom disk system for just 800 Yen in that section  I just needed to replace the rubber band inside it.

I still haven't had time to upload my own video of the Cherry live event in Tokyo this past October, but in the meanwhile, here is one that somebody else uploaded when she was also in Osaka doing the same event! She sang a slightly different selection of songs at ageHa than what I saw on this video, but most are the same. Enjoy!

Cherry in Osaka, October 11, 2015, at club ageHa:
