Good stuff, thank you! You know, every so often I forget about the risque element of Eurobeat...which is silly of me, I guess, given the fact that there are so many songs about sex, strippers, passion, and desire.

The cover for Roxanne's "MONEY MONEY MONEY" and Morena's "MUSIC TAKES MY BREATH AWAY" are pretty spicy, too, come to think of it.

Also, I am surprised Shigeno-san is going ahead with a new work. I was rather enjoying his Sailor Ace story. It was different. I hear he stopped making it, which is truly unfortunate.

I've had an idea fermenting in my mind for a while.

If I had a film production studio at my back, I'd make "SUPER EUROBEAT - THE MOVIE".

It wouldn't literally be about the people behind it, but it would be an 80's styled cyber-punk extravaganza with heavy anime influences drawing from Bubblegum Crisis, Ghost in the Shell, Battle Angel Alita, Metal Gear Solid, and so on.

It wouldn't have much of a story, but it would basically touch on a lot of the themes we hear in Eurobeat. Think hot girls and tough, cool dudes fighting robots and cyborgs and having street races in the middle of a futuristic Japan with lasers and swords.

It would mostly have songs from the 90 - 120 period, though other songs from other periods would be acceptable. The soundtrack would be entirely eurobeat.

I know you guys want to see a girl in power armor sword-fighting a robot to BOOM BOOM FIRE / D. ESSEX and then hop on a light-motorcycle and drive down the Wangan Expressway to EASY / LOLITA. On the big screen. With the music on a theater sound system.
