SCP's Eurobeat Kudos Series
Re: SCP's Eurobeat Kudos Series Vol.9+ Unreleased & Extendeds Discussion
I would choose the EbK version of Cover Girl. It's cleaner.
And Work Your Body/Millionaire are beyond words.
My favorite song, Me Myself & I, sounds a LOT(REALLY A LOT, like thousand times) better than in SEB. A lot more dynamic, open sounds, and cleaner.

I think I have an explanation as to why Avex didn't release Millionaire. It's because they saw that it didn't fir the "Scream Team" alias. While that's true, this was not a reason to just say "No" to this song.
As for Cover Girl, I just learned that SCP used to make "Version 2"s for Avex to choose from (oh hey, you know my real name now). It just so happen that Avex, at that point, chose the fast "Cover Girl" over the slow one ("Original Mix") and that SCP released the Extended for Original Mix and not Version 2. I asked if we could get these Version 2 at some point.

Millionaire sort of has a Scream Team vibe in its synths, but not a spooky song. Avex could have requested a different alias for the track like they did with Mel &a Kim instead of Christine. Choices.
Re: SCP's Eurobeat Kudos Series Vol.9+ Unreleased & Extendeds Discussion
Eh? It sounds exactly the same as its SEB 145 counterpart, except that it's longer. Even the intro is unchanged, and AVEX had a lot of song intros changed in the 140s and 150s, not just from SCP.
Re: SCP's Eurobeat Kudos Series Vol.9+ Unreleased & Extendeds Discussion
No, sethreed is right. The song on SEB was a lot LOUDER than SCP's version. And thus, EBK's version sounds cleaner and dynamic than the SEB's.

Oh, I didn't realize you were referring to sound quality. A bit confusing when not only are the intros not the same for these versions than their SEB counterparts, but some songs are completely different entirely, like "Gotta Be My Babe", "Babyface", and "Cover Girl", not to mention first drafts of later songs like "Burning Up All Night" being "Kingo King'o Beat"'s ancestor, "Mind Invaders" being the scrapped version of "Crazy for Love", and "Queen of the Night" being the original "Kiss Me Tonight".Lebon14 wrote: ↑22 Apr 2018, 00:24No, sethreed is right. Survivor is an early version of The Love Bite, I guess.
From https://twilog.org/steppineurobeat - The link is broken, but apparently Emotikons IS on EbK 18.

It feels like it was just a tiny bit too much pitched, but there's a nice sounding melody underneath all the chipmunks.
Not sure which one is better, Damon's Survivor or the Lovebite, probably due to Ennio's vocals I prefer the Dusty track.

I feel I should be doing some kind of mashup of The Lovebite and Survivor at this point. And LOL @ That's Amore and I'm glad they found their master of 777. It didn't sound like the rip I provided them with from SEB 181.
Really looking forward to hearing Emoticons AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (I got "release is offline" - so it's a matter of time before it appears).

It kinda reminds me of the SAIFAM stuff from the Dancemania Speed series. (Jenny ROM, The Zippers, Barbie Young)
Also, I don't know why, but I'm kinda surprised Fuku Wa Uchi got on here. Glad it did cause I actually like the song, just didn't think it would being a Domino song and all.
Re: SCP's Eurobeat Kudos Series Vol.9+ Unreleased & Extendeds Discussion
It's quite great to see that they finally found "That's Amore" and "Freedom Wild". Still crossing my fingers for "Big Love" and "Give You My Love" to make it on one of these. The latter was on YouTube, but the sound quality was shoddy, and I want to own the song, anyway. SCP's late '90s productions are pretty much excellent straight across the board, so I can imagine "Big Love" is at least worth checking out.
Also, I wonder if we'll get the Euromach version of "Gotta Be My Babe", where during the chorus Ennio hits the highest notes of his entire career.

SEB 187. You can listen to it right now. It's in extended there.

But CDs are lossless.
It could be different, but I doubt it.
