Despite a totally different synth hook and slightly modified lyrics, this Phil Jones song is a complete and utter ripoff of the Hi-Site track from Euro Panic! 1, even though the writer credits are entirely distinct.

Isn't Oda's "Shy Gun" basically a not-too-subtle riff on Dead Or Alive's "You Spin Me Round"?

Yes, it is. A number of Mauro Farina songs also rip off the post-chorus hook of "You Spin Me Round", including "Virtual Love", "Jinga", and "Eurogirl". To his credit, Farina at least doesn't jack the vocal and production style as well.

I mean, I know Hi-Site has strong ties to Delta because Alessandro GIlardi (apparently the singer on "Tokyo Night") worked for both labels at various respective periods, as did Sara Righetto and Jimmy Ray, but "Tokyo Lights" is sung by Luigi Vicini and credited to Laurent Gelmetti and the late Cristiano Massera, whereas "Tokyo Night" is written by Gilardi and Claudio Varola, so technically none of the credits match up. I don't quite know how this got so botched up, but it makes it seem all the more ironic that Gilardi still ultimately returned to work with Newfield after this deus ex-machina.

Just noticed that the riff for Tipsy & Tipsy - Sunny Days is copied from Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark - Enola Gay.

Just friggin' noticed that Sunrise Nippon by Eurobeat Lovers and Lollipop Banana by Betty Blue have nearly identical melodies...

Of course, they are both Vibration songs, but still...

Technically, "Sunrise Nippon" is a cover of some Japanese theme song, so "Lollipop Banana" is actually a legit ripoff aside from the verses.
