jp75: abit off-topic but, I am Brazilian also! hehe. Lookin' forward to the World Cup 2006. go super striker.

newfield: it sure is an honor for a great producer like you being so active in this forum...if you're the only one here that only makes you greater, seeing as how you personally talk to fans. It's something not many producers do...I really admire you. And man...I'd sure would love to go to a party like that someday hehe meet eurobeat-makers face to face. I wish you all that are going to the party a lot of fun.

That's really neat. You and Laurent could crash the party in karate outfits. 8)

Mikaeru's a producer, though! ^_^
Also ppl from SCP are watching this forum eagerly.

I check the webstat of my blog everyday and they usually come to my site from the webstat of SCP music, but sometimes from some threads on here, "The New SCP site is up!", "Stephy Martini on SCP" and this very thread among others!! DELTA's (Akyr's?) composer Matteo Rizzi kindly made a comment in Japanese on my blog twice! He is such a nice person and knows Japanese very well. Ah, just google "Akyr Music" and you can find my blog in the 2nd place from the top.

It's really fun to check access log.

Ahh, I've just noticed you quoted the phrase from "Dr. Hope feat. Stefy - Bitch Is A Bitch".

Mr newfield: can you do me a favour? Is there any chance you could post me the lyrics of "Heart On Fire" by Stefy Martin? There are two parts that I just can't hear correctly, and I'd love to know the proper lyrics ;)

HEART'S ON FIRE

SO MANY THINGS TO TELL YOU
YOU TURN AWAY FROM ME
REMEMBER NOW
SHOW ME HOW MY DREAMS MAY COME TRUE

THERE IS NO MISTERY
I'M VICTIM OF YOUR LOVE
RUNNING THRU THE NIGHT
DON'T WANNA HEAR YOU SAY GOODBYE

HEART'S ON FIRE KILLING ME NOW
DROWNING SO DEEP IN MY SOUL
BURNING LIKE A FIRE
DON'T TRY TO SAY YOU LOVE ME
DON'T SAY YOU DO
NOW I GIVE UP ON YOU

FIRE KILLING ME NOW
DROWNING SO DEEP IN MY SOUL
BURNING LIKE A FIRE
DON'T TRY TO SAY YOU LOVE ME
DON'T SAY YOU DO
NOW I GIVE UP ON YOUR LOVE

DON'T TRY TO SAY YOU NEED ME
I GAVE IT UP TO YOU
REMEMBER ME
DREAM UNTIL YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE

Haha, Newfield, yes I often get the vibe that some feel they are "too important" to go on forums. It is awesome to have you here! Thank you for all you do for eurobeat. Some people forget that the fans are everything!

I remember talking to Clara a lot on her 10 worlds site - she actually lived right near me for awhile (I'm in San Francisco) while touring with another band so we had a lot to talk about. I have seen a few other artists and producers of dance projects on boards, but not that often.

I think there are people watching though ;-)
And as for Indie producers, there seen to be several, which is exciting!

Even on a small scale, spreading something you love is a great thing. I got my music degree and plan to focus on recording and producing for my masters, but I've been doing my own things for awhile. We released a CD awhile back with our own label with several eurobeat-style songs and, well you know, it's a beginning, first CD, but we broke even! We had some live gigs, even with para para dancing! :-)

Anyway, great to have your participation and advice and perspective here!

..I think it's probably because there are a lot of producers out there who sell their music to labels and distributors, and fans are not exactly in their business chain. Basically they may not deal with fans cause they don't have to and they think that shooting breeze and socializing with us(mere mortals) is an utter waste of their precious time(which is money, you know,in their big business: time is money...).
Even on a small scale, spreading something you love is a great thing.
The problem is that when you do make euro energy or, god forbid, an
actual hi nrg eurobeat or eurodisco, in U.S.A or Europe, it's an extreme challenge to meet anyone desiring to help you or promote your music.
We released a CD awhile back with our own label with several eurobeat-style songs and,
I hope Lightsol will escuse me for some comments here,I know you are
talking to Laurent here, and I am probably cutting in, in annoying fashion.
Maybe Lightsol could show Laurent his project via online link or something?
From myself I could add that the girl that sings for Lightsol here is actually pretty good, I liked her a lot.

*cries* I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or honest... Either way, my next song will blow Scared away.

And hopefully make you forget about Paradise Last... >.> *needs money* :P

I am assuming you are departing from the romantic girl eurobeat
in your next production called *hot patootie*?

p.s. It doesn't matter if what you make fits into an italian eurobeat for export concept, there is nothing wrong with having your own unique style and ways of music making. I am more into german eurodisco sound, personally, and it ain't no crime that I am, or is it..?

Oh, I'll never get away from romantic girl eurobeat. Although after Fairytales and Scared... Anyways, next one will probably be a different song, so I should update my profile.

And Hot Patootie Bless My Soul is going to be a cover of a song from The Rocky Horror Show.

Just depends on which I'm in a better mood for tomorrow. ^_^
