Super Eurobeat Presents '70s Dance Meets '90s Beat is another ambitious big project, commissioned A.Beat-C. where all songs begin from "Euroteam Feat." This is whole CD made on separate order, not accidental covers on regular SEB. Well, all extra discographies always commissioned A.Beat-C. were cover versions.

I wouldn't classify the second song as Eurobeat, it's more 90's Hardcore-like, I'd guess.Kat wrote: ↑21 Aug 2017, 09:50

The first one sounds more Italo-Disco-like than Eurobeat, but could have appeared on very early SEBs by the style... Nice song anyway.
Re: Eurobeat covers of popular songs
Wow, this surprises me a lot!
Not only the big number of cover songs, I'm more surprised that no one here mentioned this one:
DJ Moonraker - BAD:

Normally I'm not a big fan of cover songs, but this cover song is really impressive. I like Michael Jackson a lot, but in connection with Eurobeat, it sounds fantastic. Almost better than the original. But only almost, lol.
And it's also the only Eurobeat cover song, that I have in my playlist. Here I make an exception, because it's really cool.
But what has also surprised me was, that "Happenin' all over again" from Cherry is a cover song, too. I never heard the original before. I can still learn some new things.
