Yes, Rocky Joe is italian version of anime "Ashita no Joe".
I think Laurent is a fan of Rocky Joe, maybe...

You can bet that Laurent's colleagues that do an Avex bidding will be surprized when Laurent buys himself an airline and a castle from his new fantastic Warner earnings. They'l be like: have we bet on a wrong horse?
Did Laurent knew all along something that we didn't?

Arrgh, why can't Warner take a chance and sell some eurobeat in North America?! GAH. I heard some Cascada (everytime we touch) music on my local FM pop station a couple weeks ago. That was SHOCKING! (Now just play some more, thanks).
Newfield can stick it to em'! Buy one of these with the maybe
massive windfall profits from Akyr:
With more of this discussion of new eurobeat here in North America, maybe, just MAYBE we might see some music available on iTunes or even *GASP* radio sometime.
If eurobeat songs are produced and made in America, can it still be called
eurobeat? Ameribeat just doesn't sound as cool...
Just a thought.

It's a shame though, but at least we're still able to get it somehow

; And it's not exactly that they're not carrying it (since their Japanese side Neowing is), more like they refuse to distribute it to us =x

Mr. Newfield. You mentioned Ritchie Blackmore being your guitar hero. Would that be the same Ritchie from American Rock band Rainbow?
Also You must have started your career in Italo HRG Eurobeat music very early, because I see your name on the credits of songs dating back to mid 80's. When I see your pix, you kinda look pretty young. I was a teen ager in mid 80's. makes me 36. You must have started your career at about 18. Am I right?

Hi ppl! nice to see your feedback on this forum.
Talking about North America,it's one of my targets and I'm going to do some biz with a Vancouver based publisher.
About the early days,I started in '86...20 years ago!! I'm 45 and still looks young coz I was born year 1467 in scottish highlands from the clan Mac Newf.
No castle,no jet...I'm thinking about a house in south of france!!

Newfield in Canada ? It's about time. Tell us more when the time is right!
Just hope people don't confuse you with "Newfie".
(It's a term used for people in the furthest east province... and I would be surprised if even one person has heard of anything remotely like eurobeat.)
