I was able to burn the tracks onto CDs no problem, and was also then able to rip the tracks from the CD into any format I wanted ;)

OK, so I got it to work and downloaded "Heart's on Fire". I don't like paying for compressed audio but the quality seems fine. Certainly I never want to learn Japanese 'cause my eyes are aching!

Many thanks oresama for the info!

Well, what a fantastic track!!!!! :) Great arrangement, fantastic synth leads, guitars, vocals... definitely good way to go for Eurobeat IMO...

What else should I buy? Or should I just get the Para Para Hyper Best CD and go from there?

Stargate to Heaven by David Kane (track #5) is a must - probably Akyr's best Eurobeat track that has been released so far along with Heart's On Fire! Also check out Smackdown by Black Fighters (the last track) if you like Go 2, as I'm convinced this is the labels homage to the SCP duo's work ;)

If you like commercial vocal trance, you also have to buy Heaven by Beatrice Cornell - such a great little vocal melody teamed with a cool synth hook and nice production; it could have been lifted straight from a Super Best Trance CD!! And it's value for money at over 7 minutes long ;)

Thanks for the recommendations! I bought "Heaven" and "Stargate to Heaven"! :)

Anything else I should get? And is "Obsession" available yet or do we have any idea when it will be?

Obsession is not on any CD yet, but Jimmy Ray - Down In Tokyo is on the next Farm eurobeat release.

OK, at the risk of having pies thrown at me for not being a 'true Eurobeat fan' :), what's that?

Farm Records

The next eurobeat comp seems still up in the air, though.
We read a news letter from Akyr Music saying Jimmy Ray - Down In Tokyo is to be on it.

Well on ParaParaStage.com's Official Lesson's thread you can read this

ALAMO/KEN MARTIN
Don Quixote ParaPara (DONKI PARAPARA? Farm Release)
So sometimes you can get new eurobeat info out of the parapara scene rather the eurobeat scene.
So who knows

Thanks for the info, guys. Do these 'Farm' compliations contain unspoiled tracks or are they continuously mixed?

They are continously mixed. But Farm has a download site where you can download most of the track for VIP 3 and LovePara Vol.2 for a price but you have to live in Japan for that

It's funny you saw that since you were the one who posted it here (anyone who bought lovepara vol.2 got the address from the booklet)

Ahh...hahaha yeah I did post that though I didn't see the love para vol 2 tracks...more I just saw the love para vol.1+ older ARD tracks. Was wondering where the love para vol 2 tracks...didn't know they were segregated at the bottom of the page <_<
