Elena Gobbi was the one voice that got me into Eurobeat in the first place, and her songs have still been the clear highlights of the recent eurobeat decades. (Stop The Time Tonight on 170s, Viva The Night on 160s, I Wanna Be Fat on 150s, Kiss 2 Kiss on 140s, Don't You Want My Heart....)

And her amazing flexibility with the vocals is what makes her the best one around for me at least. Nobody else can compete with her in my fanboy world at least.

Linda's "Love Desire 2007" could only mean a remake of Macho Gang's song. Hopefully there is one more TIME and One more HRG song and I pray that Christine doesn't screw up the Go 2 with her crappy style. It is odd to see not one single AbeatC, but I'm pretty sure they are saving themselves for last. Daniel has had nothing but hits and I hope Cherry and Marko Polo return to thier older Eurobeat style. I must admit that the song titles themselves don't sound to inspiring, except for Jeff Driller's "Back In Danger" The 180's might start off on the mellow side again. Will just have to wait and See?

The only song that I'm even remotely interested in hearing from Disc 2 is "X-Man Story" I'm allways Glad the Gianni finds a way to sneak himself into the SEB series 8)

Lebon 14
Suggestion to everyone : boycott this album if the tracklist don't get better.
Is that the stuff you say about Eurobeat on other forums. This does not sound like a Eurobeat fan :???: Sorry to quote you dude, but if a comment like that would cause Avex to stop releasing SEB, we would have you to thank for that. :(

As for the rest of your comments on Daniel..nasty nasty. Dude just get a hold of yourself. I wasn't aware that you use such nasty desposition about other artitsts. I'm glad Bore censors that kinda foul mouth comments ,even if it is your opinion. I doubt You will be invited to any DELTA galas anyTIME soon :D ...AND 179 RULEZ BEYOND COMPARISON!!! He he ..just had to add that.

I censored my quotes.
and...
I totally disagree with you this time Bore. Thsi album is the worst ever. Even 176 was better than this s***
or...
Sorry for that exclamation but I really really really really really really really really really really really don't like 179.
or...
I want the lyrics for SEB 178, not 179 (179 is fucking shit not worth to be released). The lyrics I want the most :
Does those quote light a light in your head?? I wanted to avoid that gain but I put them up again to express what I really think of 179.

See it by yourself now!

Eh, did you think it was necessary to post a vicious commentary about something that isn't released? Likewise, I'm glad you find such celebrated vocalists *cough Paris Hilton* enjoyable in comparison to some eurobeat tracks.

It's not so much the Daniel quote that made me uneasy. That's your OP, but the one about Boycotting SEb seemed downright hateful and uncalled for. I really really really really really really really really really really really don't think you help support Eurobeat with a comment like that. Does that light up your head? :P

I'm hoping it's a return to the old Fastway style with the female backup lyrics. It would definitely be a great way to start off the decade.

Lebon, we all know you hate 179. Pick a new topic, and maybe this time something not so negative. :D

Some "fans" don't realize that there vocalists and producers that lurk or even join in our discussions. If people made it public that they hated Laurent's tracks and totally dumped on it, would you think that Laurent would be very appreciative?

No, I don't think so.

There are people in the community that don't just listen to Initial D-esque tracks. Arrgh...the Initial D Eurobeat community is one of the most aggravating bunch in the community.

"Kiki & Fancy? Suck...
Phil? Suck...
Go2? Only thing worth mentioning!"

Sadness...

People also shouldn't hide what they hate just because the producer is watching the forums.

I don't mind if someone wants to berate a particular artist or track, but they should do so with full justification of why they have that opinion - i.e. with constructive criticism.

Let's face it, if EB producers do read these boards, and see enough people posting constructive feedback on what they do and don't like, perhaps they'll factor that in to their next compositions?

I'm a bit confused about this one - one presumes this is a remake of the Macho Gang original (seen on SEB 77)?

That was me. Seeing That TIME are the ones doing remakes per SEB and that Linda is a TIME alias eg: Phil & Linda; the only title TIME has with "Love Desire" is Macho Gang :D It strikes me a bit odd even for TIME to do this remake. I mean ,it was a great song, but not in status as songs like "Heartbreaker", "Lonely Night" nor "What Kinda Cure" I welcome it ietherway and I'm sure it will be great

Exactly why I don't join those forums. Nasty nasty...even though I do kinda agree with Kika & Fancy :P

Just a few nights ago I got Email form one of Eurobeat Primier producers, Asking me If I think that fans really like Eurobeat songs. In especially pointing some out the negative feedback that SEB 179 got(I won't name names) I quote " I got mix feelings about AVEX latest Super Eurobeat entry" this leads me to believe that those nagative comments does have an effect on Eurobeat producers. Sometimes it's for the better, but when the interst in the genre is questioned, because of really nasty comments, then you should ask yourself, am I helping the genre or hurting it.
...Oh yeah..and Thanks Lebon for remeinding us and possibly other premier producers of how much you disliked the last SEB entry to the point of cursing it and calling it s**T. That's a real inspiration to the community. If I sound Sarcastic..Good! That's exactly waht I was aiming for 8)
