Since it's just Lupin (no the 3rd), maybe it's about the original Lupin

This is sort of relevant to this topic but apparently Sugar Love has finally been released on Supereurobeat (vol. 23), which is a CD series that features Vibration songs and usually includes acapella, instrumentals, and radio versions. The artist is mistakenly named Vibration All Stars and should be Sharon K.. The sample doesn't sound very good imo.

Oh, apparently the Sugar Love on Supereurobeat (vol. 23) is actually Sugar Love / Priscilla from Dancemania X2. I knew it didn't sound like Eurobeat...
The real question is if a Sharon K. eurobeat version actually exists for this song.
