The only info I have is that the artists might be Romeo (He sang ''Game Over'') and the track title is ''Set my heart on Fire''. So label is Delta??

Oh and I can't tell you my sources, I'm sorry.

Romeo is an Asia alias - he had that awesome track Stormy Weather that featured on one of the FARM compilations...
The alias is Rocket Man and the label is Akyr.

I want to MURDER AVEX RIGHT NOW.

From this point on I am officially boycotting legal purchases of Avex Eurobeat.

As far as I'm concerned Avex deserves to be pirated to death for their stupidity. Where's that sign-up form for IDforums...

If producers from the respective labels are paying attention - you seriously need to reappraise how you offer your music for sale. I'm sure Avex gives you a nice wad right now, but with this shit treatment they're giving the fans, you're selling your souls BIG TIME.

Follow Saifam and Vibration's examples - offer your music for paid download on Juno, iTunes, Amazon - I WILL BUY IT. I'm damn sure others will too, especially if you promote it well.

That looks like an awesome tracklist, but I really want those new tracks (apart from I feel Like A Molotov, as I have it already) in extended version. I'm sure every true Eurobeat fan outside of Japan will be livid about not being able to get the tracks in their full version.

Avex seriously needs to give the rest of the world a chance to support Super Eurobeat and get the complete tracks - otherwise everyone will lose interest pretty quickly.

Who's starting the petition to the labels? I'll be up for signing on the dotted line to let them know that Avex is suffocating their music to the point where the fans can't stand anymore...

Perfect time for mu-mo.net to be completely gone, huh. This release would actually be totally fine with me if I could by the 12 (technically 10 for me, though) songs in extended format, but noooooo, it was too hard for Avex to allow overseas (and nearby) fans to be able to continue their interest in the series.

Someone just convince Avex to make mu-mo.net availible again, because at this point that's ALL I care about regarding them (plus EBM).

All the new tracks look very nice, Too bad it's going to be a non-stop.

On 2nd thoughts, Maybe a non-stop wouldn't be so bad after all, More ringtone options for my phone. 8)

I just can't understand why Avex have gone and done this. The reason for the Super GT, Initial D and Speed & Power Style series is to keep those craving for non-stops happy. And if they so desperately wanted to bring back the non-stops to the SEB series, why not simply reintroduce the 2CD format?

Even though I certainly wouldn't mind some of those in extended format, such as 'Touch Me Baby', I'll not support these changes. I'd much rather pirate the music than support Avex killing off the series like this. I'm just hoping SEB197's sales will be so disappointing that Avex will reconsider its plans for 198 and 199, but I'm not counting on it.

I can't believe this. I'm thinking what to say but I'm too angry.
F**K OFF AVEX!!! I want the music I love in extendeds, not in 1-2 minutes! Producers at the labels should fight against this. If I make a song, I release it in every format and every version not just moments of it!
I go forward, if I buy music online, I am the customer, I wanna choose the format! Many sites providing only shit WMA, iTunes is the worst, others give 192 mp3. What if I need uncompressed? It is 2009, fast net connections everywhere I can download many WAV!
Anyway, I was always hate mix albums, I wont buy this! F**K every stupid who decided this release!

In a vague attempt to be somewhat reasonable, considering SEB used to have, what, two non-stops a decade up till the 140s, and then only 165 afterwards, is having to sit through a few nonstops that unreasonable? We're pretty lucky not to have had that many lately.

The theme of the cd doesn't interest me too much, though. I'm kinda worried about the lack of variety.

The problem really isn't having one or two Megamix albums, per se - as you rightly say, we always used to have that. It isn't a great surprise.

The problem is, as far as I'm concerned, that as long as Avex fails to offer new Eurobeat in extended (heck, I'd take Radio Edits again at this point) form on CD or DRM-free download (read: Juno... iTunes Plus as a last resort), I have absolutely no intention of supporting it financially.

I realise this hurts the labels that produce this stuff, but they've made their beds. Saifam and Hi-NRG have got the right idea with Juno and (in the case of Saifam) their own website, I fail to see why it's such a significant problem for all the other labels to have their own Western distribution via Juno when Avex specifically goes out of its way to make purchasing its own releases so difficult outside Japan!

And let's face it, the Eurobeat Special Collections seem like an extremely half-arsed effort to appease the Western Eurobeat fans by trickling out material every two months, most of which we've already imported before. Plus it's all DRM-protected anyway, so unless you're an iPod-ophile, you're basically screwed.

A-Beat C, Delta, Dima, Eurogrooves, Go Gos Music, SCP, SinclaireStyle - PULL YOUR FINGERS OUT! Together you make or break Avex's continual abuse of its fans. You have the power to collectively decide you'd rather distribute to your Western fanbase much more fairly, via online download sites, with the same level of sound quality fans have come to expect from CDs. Heck, there's absolutely no reason Avex couldn't take a cut either, but you've got to push for them to do it.

You are at a very big risk of losing the very fans that ardently pursue and (more importantly) PAY for your music and keep supporting you. Bear that in mind as Avex starts reducing your licence fee because people are ripping off Eurobeat by copying it rather than buying it.

All because Avex really is, pathetically and moronically, behind the times.

And this.

I was happy to start buying SEB starting SEB 191 and now... even if I pre-ordered SEB 197, I'm not sure if I'll do the same thing for SEB198. I'll be happy to be an happy leecher off IDW. Of course, it'll be that if SEB 198 is STILL a megamix.

For the petition and pression on the labels, I TOTALLY support the idea. So, who's starting it? I can contact Newfield for the French if needed but I don't know italian for the rest of the labels :(

I don't really mind this album being nonstop, to be honest. The tracklist looks solid enough that I'm not going to complain.

Besides, I feel like nonstop albums are way more interesting to listen to from start to finish than regular albums are...but that's just my opinion. I'm happy enough that there's still going to be new material on these albums.

Indeed I can't, Full versions of new songs like "Fire Dragon" hasn't been released.

Seriously though, I am okay with a non-stop until SEB ... 201 ?

Also, I am probably alone on this one but I found the "Fire Dragon" title to be rather amusing.
