It's still around but they are using J-Rock instead of Eurobeat now.

On one hand, it sounds like it has possibly been sampled from the Asian song and sped up for the riff on the Eurobeat song.

On the other hand, sometimes songs that are sampled by one artist, have already been sampled before by another, so it's hard to tell whether SCP is sampling from this Asian song as the original source, or if the Asian song has sampled from another previous artist whom SCP is also sampling from. I have seen this on numerous occasions.

Best example I can think of right now is this one:
Casanova - Just For Tonight
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WidETKZSLbk

The vocal melody of the chorus from "Just For Tonight" sounds like it samples from the 90's eurohouse track "Amber - This Is Your Night" in the vocal melody of the opening verses of the song.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0G_LkDQ0cI

However, Amber, as well as Casanova actually sample an older 80's french song titled "Gilbert Montagnier - On va s'aimer", the original sampled source. The sampled vocal melody can be heard in the chorus of this song.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXpCq7CLs3I

Going back to that Asian song assumed to have been used by SCP, is this song even popular at all in Asia? Unless it is, I don't see how SCP would have stumbled upon it to use as a sample, so my best bet is still that the Asian song is sampling from another artist whom SCP is also sampling from. Also, I have seen lots of J-Pop and K-Pop songs using tons of samples from many other older tracks, such as Eurohouse or Eurodance tracks, to Italo or HiNRG songs of the past, to older Trance tunes, so I wouldn't go as far to say that they are original in any way. Sounds confusing hey? I hope I have explained the best I could...

They are one of the biggest boy band hit makers of the K-Pop industry with a rather strict entertainment company, which in today's term, translates out to being popular among the ENTIRE southeast asia and some parts of other world, especially when Japan and China are prime promotional area for K-Pop, the formal for also being SEB's mainbase. I understand what you're trying to say and I agree with you that it's extremely hard to tell if a song is sampled from an older source or not, but if they are really 'sampling' (to me, it's not even that, the riff is note for note the same!) this track, then don't be surprised that they could be called out on it because hell, 4 out of 5 people in SEA listens to songs like these and being a highly popular mainstream genre, they would have to be extra careful with not clashing with other tracks and not be accused of plagiarism so yeap.

Now for my thoughts on the samples.

1. Gotta Go / Go 2
I intentionally held out on listening to the original leaked release just to build hype for this track, it still sounds wicked but like another member, I can totally see this song being from a back catalogue.

2. Koi No Yokan / Pamsy
It still doesn't sound like Pamsy to me but hey, at least the song's not too bad.

3. Crazy Information / Paul Harris
Can see this being one of my top tracks on the album already.

4. Minimal Love / Nathalie
Just okay, not a big fan of Aarts aside from the legendary Heartbeat.

5. I Know / Oceania
Loving the hyper feel of this track but probably not top track material.

6. Piston Go / Gordon Jim
The HRG songs nowadays are showing off a rather different 'flair' to them, I could end up liking this as much as I did the songs on 231.

7. Little Kiss / Martina Dry
Not liking what I hear, especially when it sounds SOOO alike to one of my favourite mainstream tracks ever.

8. Dancin' Queen / Dream Fighters
WALBOTL was a right step, this one is a bit more generic with Dima doing just about everything you can expect from him. And for 4 months wait? Not really impressed with this at the moment.

9. Invisible Rocket / Powerful T
This song runs at a good 4:34, so I can probably expect a guitar solo or an awesome breakdown right Pasquini? Anyways, I LOVE this song already.

10. Keeper Of Desire / Luke
Not as impressive as Crazy Information but could grow on me with more listens.

11. Cover Girl / Mara Nell
Same as Piston Go, I like how Hi-NRG sounds these days actually. I will probably like this, but not as much as Hot Milk.

12. How Can I Feel It / Tipsy & Tipsy
I feel like I could review this track right away, since there's nothing more about this track that I can't say about most other Tipsy & Tipsy tracks. Just, yawn.

13. In The Eyes Of The Tiger / Dejo & Bratt
The incredible guitar solo will most definitely be one of the best thing about this song, without it, it probably won't sound as kick ass but for now, this is one of my top samples of the album.

14. Higher My Passion / Bamboo Bimbo
Sounds even more manly than Kiss, neutral.

Cool! We get some samples. Mini review TIME. Smilys always seem to get the point across. For any newbies; this: 8) means perfect Eurobeat zone for me. If I give a song two of those, then it means ;the song is also giving me Italo chills.

1. Go 2 - Gotta Go!(the title should came with an exclamation point) SCP
Good way to start the album. Intro sounds enticing. Little put off by the direction of the synth riff, but with such a kick ass chorus before it, I'm sure I'll end up liking this song just fine. Hope we didn't hear the whole song in that preview? Couldn't help taking a jab at how short SCP songs are. :P
:D

2. Pamsy - Koi No Yokan SCP
Torn apart here. I think the melo is pretty decent and upbeat, but not digging on her vocals. She sounds like she's 12, plus WTF did she just say? That kills the sing along value 100%.
:-x :(

3. Paul Harris - Crazy Information DELTA
I'm on the train with others that say this one could easily be the favourite. I love Paul's entries. Huge fan of "Dreamers and especially "Something Beautiful"; which turned out to be one of my top 5 Eurobeat tracks of 2014. Anyway, strong reliable Italo-inspired synths coupled with Paul's PERFECT for Eurobeat or Italo songs ,vocal style, adds up to a amazing sounding snippet. Can't wait to hear the intro to this one. I feel like I just reviewed this song based on a snippet. LOL!!!
8) 8)

4. Nathalie - Minimal Love Sinclaire Style
I couldn't really pay attention to this preview with that revloving child like sleeve art that was in Bratt's upload, but now that I listen to it; I feel this could be a favourite of mine. Really upbeat synths.
:D

5. Oceana - I Know Sun Fire
Not a fan of that Happy Hardcore vocal style at all. The chorus melo is pretty cool, but those vocals are such a turn off. I doubt I'll comeback to this tune.
:(

6. Gordon Jim - Piston Go HRG Attack
Malcavio keeps getting better with each song. I did wish he would dream up his own aliases by now. Surely he has hit a level where he can come up with his own names. Piston Go has some traditional HRG Attack melos going on. I like that
8)

7. Martina Dry - Little Kiss HRG Attack
Don't listen to any K-pop cept, A-Pink, cuz of thier 80s /NRG sound. Plus they are cute, so I didn't make the connection with WNight's band, but either way ;this Martina Dry song, sounds a bit "Dry". Being that it is HRG Attack, I'll probly end up liking it after I heat the preview, but ,not based on this sample.
:(

8. Dream Fighters - Dancin' Queen Dima Music
I'm really digging this preview. The riff sounds more like waht he did at TIME. I just hope the rest of the song follows that path. kudos for usung his Dream Fighters alias. It gives the song a diiferent personality.
:)

9. Powerful T. - Invisible Rocket Sun Fire
Not really feeling those synths in the riff. They kinda just sound like inserts without any melodic value. Ironically it sounds just like the title. "Invisible Rocket" = Invisible melody. I wanna stay nuetral, but I'm not really into this preview at all.
:(

10. Luke - Keeper Of Desire Delta
Another really short snippet. Adult sounding Eurobeat. I love it, but I love Luke's aggressive vocals the best.
:D

11. Mara Nell - Cover Girl HRG Attack
Damn! that was a short sniippet! I like what I hear. It's "Lady Speed Racer" part 2. Well it coulda been if the title was different, but I'm loving how she follows her own same melody style.
:D

12. Tipsy & Tipsy - How Can I Feel It Saifam
I actually like the melody alot. It has a sort of SAW vibe to it and since I've pretty much shot down everything with the artist name, Tipsy & Tipsy on it these last few years, I might just take this one top 10?

13. Leo River & Kaioh - Gimmi Your Desire GoGo's Music
Another SCP track I'm gonna wish had a whole other minute to it, cuz it sounds so damn good! I really couldn't tell the difference between the two singers, but who cares, that synth riff is epic!
8)

14. Dejo & Bratt - In The Eyes Of The Tiger Sinclaire Style
This song has the melody of another one. "Please" something "take me to" something something. I'm pretty sure it was Old Skool, DELTA? Anyway, this will surely enjoy a few 100 spins on my foobar.
8)

15. Bamboo Bimboo - Higher My Passion SCP
Didn't get much from that preview aside from the fact that I'll probobly wish this song was longer once it's out, cuz it sounds pretty f**king amazing!!!
8)

being a huge Eurobeat follower for the longest TIME now, I can say I feel pretty pleased with these previews. If my initial thoughts don't change drastically, this might also serve as my review. I'll just dream up some cool Vinyl art to post later on. 8)

@WNight. I know SCP and GoGo's songs are short, but so short , that you completely ommitted Leo & Kaioh's song from the track list :P

Here's my list after listening to the preview mix:

Top
Crazy Information, Little Kiss, Dancing Queen, In The Eyes Of A Tiger, Higher My Passion

Not sure
Koi no Yokan, Invisible Rocket, Gimme Your Desire, Piston Go, Minimal Love, How Can I Feel It

Nope
Gotta Go, I Know, Cover Girl

This could become a really strong SEB. Not let's wait for the extended versions. (Except Gotta Go, I already have the extended version and the song is pretty boring...)

The "accidental release" sounds different btw.

Everyone hears in Eurobeat what they want to. You like that style, so you get that vibe. I don't ever listen to hardcore so I probly wouldn't recognize it even it came up and bit my ass. All I get is Italo melodies hyped up in BPMs.

Don't you think, that Italo melodies more and more die during years after 2000 ? Tell me, are you disappionted as time went and seeing how Eurobeat moves away from its origin and how long could it take?

I try to get that italo/hi-nrg vibe too but… yeah, eurobeat is going far and far away from its essence. I'm not sure about how bad or good it will be in the future… I listened all SEBs in the last weeks so that impression is even stronger and fresh in me.

In the beginning, there was a fine line separating eurobeat from italo disco.
Then - as the years passed - the genre got its own identity(?)
In the most recent works, we can hear many elements borrowed from other edm subgenres, among a lot of "new" things.
Is it still eurobeat? Yes. But there's also something more.

I think, that is try to keeping pace in competition in japanese music market. Probably modern and also old producers don't have a reason, to return to Europe with this kind of Eurobeat, for community faithful and brought up by 90s italian dance music styles, not only Eurobeat.
