As do I! It had the great, flying synths, the cute-but-not-overly-cutesy vocals, guitars, and Mark Farina providing nice backup.

It's EASILY one of my favorite Saifam productions.
A lot's changed in the decade and a half I've been here.

Obladi Oblada - not a cover, huh, just reusing the name. Like the song, though, sounds sort of like a Russian-themed HRG tune. The tune also sounds like it was lifted from an actual Russian folk song.
Did Radiorama or other Eurobeat artist actually do a Beatles cover at one point? The verse melody of Eleanor Rigby, as well as the violin chord hits, is apparently borrowed in the intro of Victoria - Stay(TIME).

Yes - it's called "Radiorama sing the Beatles". It's not particularly great, but Mauro did a good job singing and the sound was good (if you like the 1989 italo style). Anyway, I prefer the other songs on the album.

Up for download (with samples) on Saifam.com:

ARD 1361: SUN (INTO YOUR EYES) / VALERY SCOTT
ARD 1362: TECHNOLOGICAL WORLD / F.C.F.

I actually liked both samples. Technological World, in particular, was the one that surprised me the most, but the Valery Scott track has a few nice surprises as well. Though not groundbreaking, these are probably the first new Asia songs that I've enjoyed in quite a few releases.

I love "Technological World". ♥ And every time I listen to it, it gets better. I feel like everything fits together in the song.

1. Suzy- Give Me Another Chance- Sounds like a fuse between an Asia trax and some HRG Attack female vocalist. Anyway the best parts are the melody in the verses. Not a bulls eye, but not a skipper either
7/10

2. Spiderboy- Thunder Of Love- What's with the marvel refferences? Spiderman, Spiderboy. That aside , this is one of the better tracks for Saifam from that era. Mewga catchy chorus and synth riff.
9+/10

3. Energy Girls- All & My Love- Aggressive female Eurobeat. Has a Sophie piano riff, but only faster. It works well with the resty of the song's structure. The chorus kinda sounds like Super Rider. Anyway, I like it!
9/10

4. Tamika- Hate & Love - This song always seems to have a very different kinda synth riff. It almost sounds like Shana -I Want You; which was freesstyle, but still fits the semi agressive vibe of thos song
9/10

5. Blue Roses- Roppongi Carillon- This song is all kinda of AWESOME. Great melody line with an even better synth riff. The vocals are not hyped at all and the chorus is super catchy.
10/10

6. F.C.F.- Technological World- Wow Mauro kinda sounds a bit like he did at TIME, must be the atmosphere of the song. That second verse has some amzing sound world effects. I didn't hear any kinda Synth riff at all, but I like it cause it has that Disco Energy vibe.
9+/10

7. Valerie Scott- Sun (Into Your Eyes)- I love this song. The way it slowly builds up to the chorus is wonderfull. Such a fun keyboard riff at the end. Good vocals and I have to mentiuon that bridge to the riff, because it's so different from Asia, yet similiar to radiorama style songs like Oh World. This would be perfect for that love themed SEB comming up in the new year(Crosses fingers)
10/10

Wow, of all possible songs in the catalogue and this one disappears out of nowhere? I was just planning to buy it before I head out on a trip on Thursday, and now I can't get it! :-x

Hopefully it'll be put back on very soon...

I went on Saifam's site to preview it, but I can't order from there neither, so yeah, I hope they put it up soon as well.

I just noticed a Ken Laszlo compilation with a bunch of songs, but previews are not avaliable. Anyone have a link to those previews on some other site? I notice a Video Killed The Radio Star cover. I like The Dr. Ken & Mr. Laszlo title

ahh...never mind I found it. It's not a bad cover, but BPMs are the same.

There should be another update tomorrow, including a few more songs down the catalogue and maybe the new releases as well. But I demand, more than anything else, that Hate & Love is reposted as well or else I'll be pissed off. :(

drnrg: You should hear Hate & Love in full format, with better sound quality than what the sample on Saifam.com can muster. I want to reserve my full comments until I successfully purchase the track, but if you give the whole song a chance, I think it could stand out a lot.

I wonder why Saifam used the Dance Pollution logo instead of the Asia one for 'Technological World' on Juno, unless it's an error.

Good song nonetheless based on the 1:30 sample, albeit a little repetitive. Worth the purchase once I get around to it.

Ah, good news, Hate And Love is back on, too! This time, I'm buying it as soon as I get the chance!
