EVEN IF WE HAVE OUR OWN OPINIONS ON WHAT IS GOOD AND BAD IN THIS GENRE, AT LEAST WE ALL CAN AGREE ON AT LEAST ONE THING, EUROBEAT IS AWESOME. :)

(yes, I felt the need to write that in all caps. I want to get a tshirt with that printed on it as well. haha)

Personally, I'm glad to have a place where I'm free to discuss things with few restrictions. Running a forum of any kind is going to have snags with those who could probably show a little more tact in their posts, but they have just as much right to comment, rude or not, as the rest of us do.

I just try to ignore comments that I find are out of place and go on with my posting.

I dunno if I am either thickskinned or just don't read context that well. But I find that proper negativity is nothing to avoid if it's needed. There are situations when I am aware I've just lost my patience with certain reviews and gone the easy way out, but then again I grade stuff by the way I find it to be.

I don't take critic comments from other people towards songs I like as nothing negative as we all know that there's as many music tastes as there are people. So I just hope people don't get offended by direct words towards stuff they enjoy. And of course there is bound to be clashes here and there, but that's life :)?

And like Nine said, Eurobeat is what we all love and that's what brings us together. May it be fast, may it be slow, may it be giddy or may it not. Eurobeat for life~

8)Well I have to put in my two cents. I don't take it personal when People bash TIME or HRG Attack, but I do love really expressing the reasons <I love them so much! I will however remind you all a while back Mr. Nick Festari adressed our forum on HRG Attack songs as "Pitless" Meaning he did not appreciate some of the comments we make about thier songs. Also I see A lot of Dave Rodgers bashing. we must never forgett how wrote hit after hit for FLEA.
Basically it seems when a certain producer creates a song which is not as good as previous ones, we are quick to judge. All the lables are doing great work in keeping our favorite genre alive and bumping. It's nice to give them a boost once in a while, so as to show them we appreciate all thier hard work. Now I must End this thread by adding....

TIME are GODS and have stood the test of TIME

It's not always bad for a producer to know if people think their songs are becoming bland; chances are, if this forum community doesn't like them, quite a lot of other people don't as well. I believe he even stated that knowing how people truly feel about their songs is a good thing so he knows where to improve in the future.

I never really liked HRG's songs personally (doesn't mean I hate them as a label) until the more recent SEBs. I'm loving their new sound, especially the recent female tracks with the vocals pitched lower than normal.

Oh my word!

I've been away for a few weeks and see what happens!!1 :(

Okay, so I've no intention to brake TIME, but as I've stated before TIME didn't have much good releases at AVEX for quite some time now. That dissapoints me though, but I have no grudge or whatsoever against members here who are enjoying the funky sounds of their favourite label.

Keep it cool you all! I believe we are old enough to respect one another's music taste, now don't we?

If you're thinking of the style they went for with MiKa La-Do - I'm Your Barracuda, then you should check out the stuff they produced back in the late Eurobeat Flash and earlier Euromach series, especially female vocalists (other than Bazooka Girl).

just a though :P

Though there is a HUGE difference, using Domino and TIME as an example, saying...

"I dislike Domino's music, I'm not a fan of the Japanese lyrics and her style."
and
"I hate Domino, she's a japanese wannabe and her songs are a waste of space."

(With this... people who like Domino, like me, will read the first line and just go "oh, okay." They'll read the 2nd line and say "wtf this guy is a fucking asshole," write about it on their livejournal, and start being spiteful against them until they forget about the comment in a few weeks. lolol)

"I don't care for TIME's productions"
and
"TIME IS THE WORST LABEL EVER!!!!"

(With this... people who like TIME, like djnrg, will read the first line and just go "oh..." and then read the second and probably like, get offended and wonder why the hell you're such a moron. haha)

There's a difference between saying an opinion of dislike; and being rude, inconciderate, and downright mean. People just need to learn to say "I don't care for ________" instead of "______ IS THE MOST HORRIBLE THING EVER IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD!!!!!!!!" for another example. :P

I thought this would be common sense, but apparently it isn't so it's being written. :)

People need to learn to not take everything that is said on the internet to heart and to brush aside comments if they don't agree with them
