Time to redo these! In 13 years we've had quite a lot of content. Buuuuut I'd still say the best songs are from the old days. Current suggestion would be Lisa Johnson - Fooling With Your Heart. Buuut these change every day.

My most favorite Eurobeat song is Jager - What D'You Want From Me. When I first listened to this song, I instantly fell in love with it, wanting to listen to it on repeat a hundred times (There're other songs that made me want to listen to them again over and over in a short time, but this just exceeds that).

Let It Go - Dr. Money (TIME)
Has been my favorite for years, but it really doesn't sound anything like Eurobeat post 2000s, so I'll choose one that does. I have a favorite from every label. Let's try one from Delta.

Mako - I Need Your Mystery.
sounds just about right.

"Story of My Life" by Christine has been my favorite eurobeat song for quite some time now. It creates such a lucidly dreamy soundscape, with lush production, introspectively affected lyrics, and a perfect sense of development. It's a song with limitless replay value for me.

"Seventeen" by Ciao Ciao is another contender for the greatest eurobeat song ever. Hi-NRG Attack is well known for its hyperkinetic synth hooks and uptempo beats, but there's something so brilliantly developed about this song's sabi and how it works off of the vocal melody that the result is one of the most explosively delightful eurobeat creations of all time. Listening to that synth hook is almost like getting it on.

A few other eurobeat highlights for me include "Woa Woa Woa" by Domino feat. Jennifer Batten, "Burning Desire" by Mega NRG Man, "Don't Break My Heart" by Mad Max, "Up Side Down" by King & Queen, "Harmony" by Regina, and "Go Nakata" by Joe Banana.

A slightly more recent one I always revisit is Black Shadow / Powerful T, it's melancholic tone along with it's midtempo, super catchy and easy to sing melody makes this one bullseye above bullseye for me. The only issue I have is with it's too short length, but other than that, it's awesome.

As far as older materials go, I don't have any in particular, because a lot of them are too great, mostly from Delta and A-Beat-C pre SEB 14x, 141-18x was just a slump period for everyone imho.

That is one great song. I have that one vinyl. Great for mixing with any Eurobeat song of that era; either with the intro or the mid break.

Jokes aside, pretty much anything made before 1997 or produced by Accatino & Rimonti or Dima is instant favorite so I cannot pick one song :P
