Well, Sara's Little Love just showed up on SEB 205, and that already came out on Eurobeat Masters Vol. 20. It's just that Avex is so conservative about publishing rights that they forced Newfield to take those albums down, just so the label's "good" songs could make money for them instead, as is the case with Little Love now being on SEB instead of EBM. The only reason Avex allows "Eurobeat Rejects" to pass is because they didn't want ownership of those songs, giving Newfield the rights to publish them that Avex forbids with everything else.

I still wonder what keeps HRG Attack excempt from that rule, but I can almost bet my SEB collection that since they are getting a higher ratio on the series; that we may just not see too much of thier new material appear on Juno. I hope I'm wrong, but AVEX is AVEX.

HRG doesn't publish those albums in Japan; only in places like the UK or the US or Mexico. Because avex owns the rights to publishing only in Japan for those songs (perhaps a clause in their agreement which may change in time), they are, for now, free to publish SOME material as they see fit.

yeah, but even DELTA's stuff on UK Juno was taken down, so they must really have them by the balls?

Anyway, HRG attck have quite a few online downloading sites were thier songs appear, besides Juno.

Can't remember if it's been mentioned elsewhere, but SEBlog seems to imply there will be an unreleased SCP track from 2001. Not terribly surprising, since there have been a lot of older songs released lately (especially for SCP), but one that far back...?

Evergreen isn't much newer - it sounds like it was made in 2001 or 2002, before the eurodancy style of Nuage became common ground for A-Beat C's productions. And then there's 10,000 Lovers, which was made back when some of us here were still infants!

To be honest though, I personally don't really like the idea of putting incredibly outdated songs on Super Eurobeat. Even if the track is fairly good, it sounds completely out-of-place when situated next to a bunch of newer, more modernized productions on the same album.

They probably ran out of songs made by the labels in 2010.

Seriously though, While I am not against release of older unreleased eurobeat, Could it at least be on perhaps a special Itunes compilation or something ? Not on the mainstream sources of eurobeat like SEB definitely.

Still, I don't believe they needed to go all the way back to pre-2000s, I rated "10,000 Lovers" a HM but it still sucks a lot because I just can't get over it's age and songs like "A Simply Melody" simply sends shivers down my spines for some unknown reason.

Maybe I should feedback to Avex soon.

I hate to break it to you, but that is just something that AVEX does for the longest TIME. Think about it. If they aren't picking out older songs like Manga Super Robot or Simply Melody, then they are asking one of the Lables to make a remake, or they simply advise them to uses an older melody from one of thier hit songs; eg: Kiss Me Divine, but there is always that one song that kinda sounds outa place from the rest of the songs.

Anyways, having a browse through the ASCAP database, I found a track that was registered fairly recently from the work ID (between Nightrain by Manuel and Nobody Loves Me Like You Do by Ester) written by Gatti and Oliva called "I Wanna Trance" by Virginelle. I wonder if that could be a contender for the GGM entry for this album...

This may not stand for anything as the Kaioh track from 206 does not appear in this database, but it's a possibility considering Nightrain, NLMLYD and Good Love & Mystery are all on ASCAP.

I Wanna Trance is just a handz up remix of the rejected I Wanna Dance English Version that was made for 193

Interesting... that Manuel song must be a Go-Go's track made before he left for Dima, as I know for a fact that it isn't a Dima track (heck, Dima has 3 tracks on this CD - that's awesome!! Cue much derision from Javy...)

The label distribution is so unpredicatable nowadays. On this album, we have:

3 SCP (if you include the Ace remix)
2 Hi-NRG Attack

Eurogrooves and Delta clearly aren't really producing any new material (unless of course Marko or Marika turn out to be them). Looking forward to the samples (although not too impatient for them right now since I just got 206 to quench my Eurobeat thirst for the moment!) :grin:

EDIT: Crap - I've just realised that there's no Saifam on this release. Wonder if those two "new" tracks were done just too late for the deadline of this album... oh well, neither are particularly life-changing judging from the previews on Juno so I won't lose too much sleep over them...

Yep, as I stated above I know for definite that Dima have "only" 3 songs on this album, so Manuel must be Go-Go's (unless it's a proper old-school A-Beat C back catalogue release).

Interesting information about Delta - did she say that on the blog? I gave up trying to translate the posts after a while...
