Just watched a few episodes of the new anime series "School Rumble" The first episode featured a cameo from Initial D, and music that was very much like eurobeat... though I doubt it's any actual song, it just sounded like good old eurobeat

There's also Dear Boys, it has some actual Eurobeat songs in it and also covered Eurobeat songs too, I'll try to find the list of covers.

Don't forget the 8th opening of Detective Conan where he's dancing "Koi Wa Thrill, Shock & Suspense"... (Conan sucks at dancin' xD)

The 1st ending song for Ichigo 100% has
hinoi team - ike ike
and the anime chocolate trouble has a j euro song for the 2nd closing where all the characters peform para para. I actually made a small banner of it of the little alien and pig dancing with the words "Para Para" behind them.

Yay for 1 year reply!
Anyways, there was a really long Initial D parody in School Rumble 2nd Semester. It even had a Eurobeat-esque song with incomprehensible lyrics

Heh the School Rumble episode was great as well... And hmm either I'm remembering things wrong or they did some ParaPara in s2 as well? (or anyways some of the shows I've lately been watching had some innit)...

Ah yeah, there was a Korikki cameo in there as well (if you consider Korikki's dancing parapara

)

Although the song isn't Eurobeat, the ED for Haruhi Suzumiya No Yuutsu (Soon arriving here in the states as "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya") has the main characters doing a dance that closely resembles Parapara.
Also, an artist named DJ Bouche has remixed the ED (as well as other songs from the series) to a "Euro" mix that almost resembles Eurobeat (and, for my money, is about as awesome).
Nippon Cha Cha Cha

I discovered an anime opening that was later mixed by Michael Fortunati on That's Eurobeat 42: Nippon Cha Cha Cha:

This quite old anime (I recon late '70s, early '80s) is called Kobo-chan. The music is IMO typical italian, but sung in Japanese. Is the original song written by Japanese or by SAIFAM (Asia Records, etc. You catch my drift)?

There's actually this AWFUL "Parapara" Remake of the Ranma 1/2 1st Season theme... I suppose it's up to ME to do Ranma 1/2 justice in the Eurobeat front.
...'cos the remix was just... GNYAAAAGH. Think "wailing and gnashing of teeth".

Are you referring to the Yoko Ishida version? ie Parapara MAX.

Not sure if this counts, but I saw this OAV from 1990 recently called Nineteen and in it, there was a scene where they were at a club and a cover of Sabrina - Boys (Summertime Love) was playing, and also it looked like the club they were at was very Maharaja-esque too
