If you want to confirm this, message Festari, Rimonti, or Fulvio on Facebook and get the real story. I'm not denying that Magnani's never been at HRG. For all we know, he could have sung a bunch of songs we don't know about. He could have also not sung a single one. I know someone worked with Festari on the list of female vocalists at the label. Get a list together of the male singers at HRG.
Does what the record executives tell you really trump the significance of what the vocals actually sound like that much? Unless Claudio Magnani has a long-lost identical twin brother or something, there's really no hiding his involvement with HRG, based on vocal similarities between songs like The Boom Boom Power versus Dance In the Fire by Mad Max. Eurobeat is a small and little-known industry, and there are only so many artists involved who can sound that much like Claudio. Claudio has so many credits, both at HRG, as well as other labels, that there's no reason to mix up which songs he's on between these labels. Words can only get you so far, especially when HRG already lied to you before.
Also, since you asked for it, here is a list of all of HRG's male vocalists, based on the label's catalogue and cheeseman's research:
Roberto Gabrielli (1994-1995) - First person to use the majority of HRG's male aliases before they were assumed by Festari and Rimonti.
First Credit: Baby Doll / Dr. Gabriel
Last Credit: I Want Your Fire / Cy-Ro
Roberto Festari (1995-2013) - A longtime member of HRG's male lineup who became increasingly active as time progressed. Occasionally assumed some of Rimonti's aliases, like Jungle Bill on I Wanna Be Your Dog and Jeff Driller on That's My Car.
First Credit: Beautiul / Joe D. Toaster
Last Credit: Goldginger / Nick Turbo
Federico Rimonti (1995-present) - One of HRG's executive founders, known best as Franz Tornado and Mad Cow, but also the vocalist behind other titles such as Jungle Bill and Jeff Driller. Though very active for most of the label's lifespan, he has slowed down his rate of performances in recent years.
First Credit: Blue Jean / Cy-Ro
Gianni Coraini (1996-1998) - Italo veteran Gianni Coraini performed most of HRG's male tracks in the late 90's, using names that would later go to other vocalists (Jungle Bill, Remy Panther, Francis Cooper, etc.), but also posing as Franz Tornado for Tornado Superchild.
First Credit: Energy People United / Live Music Gang
Last Credit: Night Fly Guy / Francis Cooper
Claudio Magnani (1999-2004) - Performed for Hi-NRG Attack in tandem with his stint at Delta as Mad Max and Speedman. Unlike previous HRG vocalists, Magnani used a slew of pseudonyms completely exclusive to him.
First Credit: Wow Tokyo / Mote Mote
Last Credit: Dance Around the World / P. Stone
Andrea Girbauldo (2001-2009) - Performed most of HRG's softer male tracks throughout the 2000's. As with Magnani, Girbauldo's aliases were only ever used by him, aside from Lucky Boy on I'm A Lucky Boy (the only non-Magnani track on the Bratt Protone compilation).
First Credit: My Little Girl / Rick Castle
Last Credit: Stargate / Starkly Ice
Alessio Novi (2001-2002, 2010) - Primarily active during the latter part of the Euromach era, though he later recorded Run Adventure in My Car several years later. A lot like Gianni Coraini, Novi appeared on just as many soft tracks as aggressive ones.
First Credit: Baby Frankenstein / Riki 1
Last Credit: Run Adventure in My Car / Ricky 1
"Frank Casino/Speed McQueen" (2005) - A short-lived artist whose eccentric inflection makes him sound kind of like the Count from Sesame Street. All of his tracks went unreleased until HRG's independent compilations.
First Credit: Baby Please Don't Go / Frank Casino
Last Credit: Speed Control / Speed McQueen
F. Malvicino (2014-present) - A brand new male vocalist, signed presumably to assume Festari's empty slot. He is the first person to use the old, obscure Billy the Butcher and Gordon Jim aliases since 1996 and apparently might perform under Claudio's old names as well.
