Fixed typos for you~
As somebody mentionned before me, you should listen to SEB compilations instead. Telling you to go and try this and this blindly is not extremely effective. For me, I'd say give a listen to Super Eurobeat Vol.195. It's just the best SEB compilation ever released.
not really, for me,this compilation is just mediocre, the only track i like best is "King of the World - David Dima"

For you.
A lot of people here regarded the album has one of the best ever released.

You're going to find that there's a lot of disagreement here over which SEB compilation is the best. If you want to know my personal favorites though, I recommend:
81
87
99
103
138
162
169
175
185
I do approve of 195, however.

One of the few things that Lebon and I agree with is the epicness of 195
In terms of individual songs or artists, check out anything by Manuel (especially Gas Gas Gas, Tiger and No Control), also "Stormy Weather" by Romeo and "Hey Guy (Spider Mix)" by Laurie are two of Asia's best tracks that never made it to Super Eurobeat.
I probably couldn't think of another full album that I recommend in particular since generally there are always a couple of awful songs that I can't stand!

Would a general consensus be that 101-129 are a good place to start since they are a midway point between modern and old-school sounds? Plus, there a ton of energetic male titles on those decades!

SEB 195 is on a high level but I wouldn't say it's the best SEB ever released. My recommendations are:
- 184
- 186
- 192
- 202
- 204
- 214
- 224
- 226

I'll try some very literal recommendation based on what you listed
1234 Fire / Fastway (try Rockin'Hardcore / Dusty)
1234 Fire / Dejo (try Baby Queen Seventeen / Marko Polo)
Black UFO / Lupin (No real similar tracks as it's probably the best thing the label put out but try Ride Up by Mister Max)
Dynamite / Ace (try Don't Stop The Dance / Ace)
Made Of Fire/Night Of Fire / Niko (Breaking The Law / D.Essex and Master Power / D.Essex)
Number One / Fastway & Christine (easy, Space Love / Fastway)
Funky Funlover / Go 2 (umm, Hot Hot Racing Car / Go 2?)
Passport To Dance / Eurodudes (Listen To Eurobeat / Tokyo Future)
Seventies / Mega NRG Man (umm, Golden 70's Years / Dave Rodgers?)
Rock On Fire / Mega NRG Man (No actual similarities but this song reminds me of The Vip is jp / Dave Rodgers )
Spitfire / Go 2 (any Go 2 song is similar to this)
Viva La Noche (I'm OK / Dana)

Didn't find Rockin' Hardcore by Dusty but I found it by Fastway instead and have to say.
WOW!
Spacelove / Fastway is also great as well as Hot Hot Racin' Car / Go 2.

When I came across eurobeat I got really fascinated by the non-stops. They allowed me to get exposed to a lot of songs in a relatively short time, and therefore I always discovered plenty of tracks that I liked. However, not everybody is a fan of non-stops because they are really crazy, but since you like the SEB remix for Viva La Noche you could try

I recommend SEB 180 and SEB 190, they were my favourites at the time!
And speaking of "individual" songs, maybe you'd enjoy Funky Funlover /Go2 (such as most of the material by Go2 or Fastway), I Was Born For Burning /Neo or The Race Is Over /Dave Rodgers.

Yup, I like non-stops as well. They are amazing like the songs you recommended!

Yeah it's by Fastway, my bad. A bit of a SCP male bias here eh? Here are some more 'relevant' tracks to see if it piques your interest.
SCP male tracks:
Overdrive / Fastway -
this one's a head banger
Go Racin Go / Fastway
Shock Out / Fastway
The Lovebite / Dusty
Rider Of The Sky / Ace
Take My Breath Away / Ace
In The Fire Of Victory / Ace
Superstar / Go 2 feat DJ Boss
Samurai Blue / Go 2
Others:
Tsundere Night / David Dima
King Of The World / David Dima
Space Boy {Grand Mix) / Dave Rodgers feat Mike Garson & Rafael Moreira -
remake of the classic 'Space Boy'
Adrenaline / Manuel
Gas Gas Gas / Manuel
Ready Steady Go! / Manuel
Frontal Impact / Daniel
Red Light & Sex / Mega NRG Man
Hurricane Man / Gold-Rake
Female sung:
My King Is You / Leslie Parrish
King Of Hearts / Leslie Parrish
Yes I Will / Cherry
Set Me Free / Cherry

I go against this one. This is probably the WORST eurobeat track EVER. Even more than Frontal Impact. There is a reason why I call it the "Fail Mix". Go listen and stay with the original which is infinitely superior.
