I'm surprised the CDJapan link isn't up yet. Avex usually has the item in after the current release.

I'll buy it on CDJapan with 2 manga from Shuichi Shigeno (Takane no Hana), which ship method is the best ?

I choose Air Mail. There is a cheaper option I think (KiraTK would know).

Like Bonkers, I like to choose Air Mail as it has a good price vs. transit-time ratio for smaller orders. For bigger ones, EMS and FedEx starts to be more cost effective. Also note that using FedEx increase A LOT the chances of having duties. The two times I used FedEx with CDJapan, both of them I needed to pay duties. However both were 100$CAD+ orders.
