They don't care of Eurobeat that don't appear in Initial D.

Is there a programmer here? I know a bit of back-ending and node.js with passport, and front-end, PHP/HTML/CSS

I have knowledge in databases (mostly MS SQL, but the free MySQL isn't that different) if needed.
