ARE NOT OFFICIAL SOURCES.
CDJapan, HMV.co.jp, Amazon.co.jp are the official sources. CDJapan still says it's postponed, HMV Japan doesn't have an entry for SEB 221 and neither has Amazon Japan.
Those are place-holders at best. Never take a "foreign" company dates for an official release date. And May 15th is a Tuesday. CD releases are on Wesnesday in Japan.

But if you consider the timezones, the SEB221 will be released at Tuesday (for example in my timezone: 0:00 Wednesday in Japan = 6:00pm Tuesday)

I'm sure those dates have been there for days. Like everyone else is saying, it's not reliable. There are multiple sites saying Dr. Dre's Detox album is coming out in June, lol.

Still, this is UNRELIABLE. The official reliable sources are cdjapan, amazon japan, hmv japan, the official website and the official blog. Remember when it was supposed to be released on Feb 1? We kept on checking sites and some came to show Feb 15? That date was the "supposed" rental date (we can rent audio CDs in Japan). Did it came out? No. And amazon UK did show Feb. 15 has the release date too. Gonna happen? No.

I actually love Thai pop music I think it's been great for over a decade, but it's mainly ballads and mid-tempo songs so nothing like Eurobeat.

so yeah, they're really trying to sell SEB221. Of course, it is out of stock. I recently e-mailed deepdiscount about this release so we'll see what they say.
