A new week brings us three new debuts. Oceana, Claudia VIP and the Label that could make countdown history by slotting two of thier artists in the top 10 by as quickly as next week. All the big Eurobeat labels; HRG, DELTA, SCP, DIMA and TIME/Eurogrooves ,have had; at one TIME or another, two songs in the top 10 and it looks like Virginelle might just be the artist that puts GGMs among that elite group with her latest hit entitled Bye Bye Girl. An outstanding riff almost reasures that. Meanwhile; both Ken Blast and Baby Gold could have thier day in the sun denied by the latest dose of Italo magic from the Super duo, Ciao Ciao, but for now; Hotblade sits on top of the world for a 5th week with the mega chartbuster, Disconnected.
I also started listening to another group a new songs from SEB 218. Mistika's song is the most interesting. I love the vocalist and the way she carries her vocals. Anyone find out who she is? I hear a very promising career in Eurobeat. Bon's song has all the ingredients of a Eurobeat racing themed classic, but I somehow feel that riff would better suit a female sung song. I still like it cause of Nando's vocals, but I fear it won't reach the top. The least interesting song comes from new artist Emanuelle. When I first saw the name, I thought Enamuelle Gubilinni and I was super psyched. That, was a short lived expectation and the song has a very similiar riff to "Sunday Morning!, which I cared very little for, so this new "Don'r Forget To Love Me" will quickly fall into the "no thank you" pile. The vest song I actually came across is a better Bon song from Bon Tempest called "Be Alive". It's from the new Euro Energy compilation of unreleased ABeatC material. The riff reminds me of the style from a Nick Key song and the song overall has a lot of power. A definate top 10 candidate for the weeks ahead.
Finally; this week, the most weeks on the list award is shared by both Dee Dee Wonder and Alejandro for both spening 13 weeks on the top 40.

4 debuts scatter themselves among the 40 most popular Eurobeat songs of the moment. The highest honour goes to Bon Tempest for the very powerful "Be Alive". A new artist from Dima Label; Mistika, is also making her fist appearance high on the list with her debut hit "Rain". Rounding out the 4 debuts with thier new singles are Ace and Nando respectably at #s 31 & 36. I' still can't get over the fact the Bon's song has a synth riff better suited for a femal artist and the only reason I have been listening to the song is for Nando's vocals alone. This week also marks Eurobeat history as GGMs score 2 songs in the top 10 for the first TIME in thier young career. Finally; the big news this week is that Megastar; Hotblade ,holds on the top spot for a 6th week; holding off 3 HRG Attack songs, but that might all change by next week as Ciao Ciao are getting ready to score themselves another # 1 tune.

This week Ciao Ciao score thier 7th number one hit of thier career. Don't Go Breaking My Heart and Forever In My Heart with Asia records and Running Over The Night,Seventeen,Shadow Of Your Smile,The Magic Of Sunshine and now Don't Say Goodbye on thier current lable; HRG Attack. The big news is ABeatC's sublabel; who we now know as Dance Energy Revolution,is scoring thier second top 10 hit and they are also all over the list; with more hits in the waiting. Thier sound can be described as AbeatC style with a few more added BPMs for fun. This weeks longest staying song on the list also goes to DER for Alejandro's- Be A Hero; which spends its 15th week on the list.
Next week strong songs from Bon Tempest, Dream Fighters and the wonderful ; Little Twin Stars from Aleky are bound to make the chart. Plus new vinyls for the week. Enjoy

Ciao Ciao hangs on to the top spot for a second week; holding off strong competition from Mega NRG Man, Baby Gold and new artist Sheila B.; who could ; in the comming weeks, score her first number one song. This week we have 4 debuts and as one can see; I'm still very much into the new(old) Dance Revolution Sound. Our highest debut; however goes to Dima studios sensation, Aleky for "Little twin Stars". The song itself is hard to swallow at TIMEs; especially when I remeber that its about some animi angel twins or whatever, but the melody, especially in the verses, makes up for that small glich and its still a wonderful little uplifting tune that is sure to make some waves in the top 10.
As we come closer to the end of the year; I'm allready missing the monthly SEB edition we are so used too. and with no new Eurobeat in the horizon, some of the older tunes with Staying power, ex: Hit Me by Lilly ,are easily growing on me with each listen. Still waiting for the latsest Super Duper volume to hit Juno, at which point, I'll jump on that to get my aching fix of new Eurobeat music. It really is addiscting.
I'll try to debut some new vinyls for Cy-Ro, Virgenell and Mistika later in the week. have a good one.
