I agree with the majority(?) that Go Bananas is a pretty morbid presentation; perhaps the first SCP track I can't stand.
The sounds are abnormally chaotic and messy, the vocals are dreadful, and the introduction didn't give the track much justice with the annoying stuttering. I'm especially irked each time they pronounce "bananas." Overall, I'm not amused. Roly Poly Rock is one of my favourite songs, so it's not a grudge with K&F's usual style. There's only two other songs I can't stand out of the five or so years I've listened to eurobeat, all of them being from the past 10 albums sadly.
Other than that, I felt a bit numb after listening to this CD fully. Nothing sounded truly phenomenal, yet most of the songs didn't sound too bad either. Props to Delta though, I found all of their presentations to be wonderful yet again.

1.Daniel - One More Try - 3/5
Vocalist sounds like Dave Simon but isn't. Interesting and rather speedy but I expected more. I'd love to hear more from this title though.
2.Wendy White - Take Away - 2/5
Take the typical Time stuff they do for females and add Annerley Gordon's singing. I'm glad at least they have another female besides Elena that can sing for Time though.
3.Mark Astley - Iron Man - 4/5
While I'm not a huge fan of the chaotic speedy style, right here it works well. It almost sounds like a Russian march song. Very well done and Luca Torchiani's singing is strong and well done.
4.Nuage - Singing To The Stars - 4/5
This is the perfect example of what I expect from Norma Sheffield. In fact at times when Denise is singing, she almost has an inflection like Norma. Not as amazing as Shine but still very good.
5.Kelly T. - Come Baby Love - 2/5
I tried hard to enjoy this song but everytime I try to remember I can't. It's not memorable and while the singing is well done, the music is typical.
6.Kiki & Fancy - Go Bananas - 3/5
Very dissapointed that SCP didn't do more with this song. Being an SCP track I expected so much. Though it was better than the preview clip alluded to. Probably the worst Kiki & Fancy song to date which is very dissapointing. The synths save this song from mediocraty.
7.Fastway - Crash Boom Burn Me Up - 4/5
While it is typical Fastway stuff, the song is very strong and holds itself well. I just wish SCP didn't do the same thing over again with Fastway. I feel like this is mixing the other Fastway songs from the 170's into one song. Good song but same as other stuff you've heard.
8.Cyberella - I Am Cyberella - 1/5
I didn't like it at all. Plain and simple. Singing was off and the synth work sounds like it came from 2004/2005.
9.De Leo - Another Life - 5/5
Where as the song by Mark Rise was good but not outstanding, this one improves on that one and adds Cristian De Leo's amazing singing. A powerhouse of a discobeat track.
10.Alexis - Night Prayer - 2/5
Another Elena Ferretti song, another song that sounds like the ones before it. I wish they would go more the route with the Degaz feat. Vanessa song from 162 rather than this.
11.Powerful T. - Dangerous Love - 4/5
While not as standoutish as Into The Daylight and I feel like they should've added a few more lines after the A-melo as it feels slightly rushed, the song is very well done and very powerful.
12.Candy Taylor - Fly - 3/5
I'm trying to remember what other song had that sabi but whatever the case may be, it's a good song but doesn't rise above from other songs on this CD.
13.Kasanova - What Kind Of Cure - 2/5
Now I'm one of Giordano Gambogi's biggest fans, but this song doesn't do him justice. I could have thought of many other songs for him to remake but his voice doesn't fit the style of Gino Caria as well as when Davide took over for Gino's other aliases. What we have here is an attempt for greatness as best as he could but it didn't work too well. You can do much better Giordano.
14.Garcon - Hannibal The Cannibal - 2/5
Interesting things in this song but I'm still not enjoying this style from Hi-NRG Attack. The last song I really enjoyed from them was I Am A Barracuda and Shadow Of Your Smile.
15.Leslie Parrish - King Of Heart - 5/5
Quirky lyrics aside, an amazing powerhouse of a song here. Absolutely gorgeous singing, powerful synth work and amazing production values. I'm really respecting all the work Capaldi is doing as a producer. Good stuff.
16.Dave Rodgers - Watch Out - 2/5
Take Red Core's synths and rework them in a slightly different fashion here. You've heard this song many times before just in a different title. On the plus side, great guitar solo.
17.Ai Yamamoto - Pink In The Pink - 4/5
Originally I wasn't a fan of this song but after spending some time with it, I realized how inventive it is. It almost is like taking Masaha's style from Fantasy, slowing it down, adding some SCP effects and make it airy. It's an interesting piece of work, even if it has one of the weirdest song titles in a long while.
18.Manuel - Ready Steady Go! - 5/5
The best song of the CD hands down. Go Go's Music strikes again with something new yet familiar at the same time. Manuel's awesome singing mixed with the killer guitar in the background = the best Manuel song since Big Boy.
CD Grade 3.17 out of 5.00 - Average
The 170's take a dip in quality with the same ol same ol stuff that you've heard. De Leo, Leslie Parrish and Manuel save it from being absolutely dissapointing.

Not bad, even though you use the dreaded 1-5 grading system. I really can't tell how much or less more you like a 2 from a 3. I git one beef with you:

..and just what was wrong with 2004/2005?8.Cyberella - I Am Cyberella - 1/5

While I wasn't a fan of a lot of HRG songs in the 140's - 150's, some stuff was good. However those songs were already done and that style had been mimicked many times before. To make another song that follows that style is pointless since it's the same old same old. I didn't feel any sense of originality or got any desire to listen to it. Hence the 1 out of 5. As for the grades a 3 is a song I'll listen from time to time where as a song that gets a 2 is a song I'll listen to a few times and then probably never play it again. Best example of my grading system is as follows. I'm at the gym and I'm listening to the Fastway song as I'm working out. I'll repeat it again and go on to the next song which when on random is the Daniel song. I'll listen to that once then let it go to the next song which is the Wendy White song. I'm not really in the mood to listen to that song and hit the next button and the Manuel song comes up. I'll have it on repeat probably for the rest of the workout. The Cyberella song isn't even on my mp3 player.

why not just do what I do and reburn the cd and put the songs in the order you perfer. I buy the the SEBs to support, but mainly collection purpose, but I definately do not agree with AVEX order of placement of songs, especially when I have to wait almost 10 songs for a TIME track. I find this elliminates the skipping process.
I find this order to go great with my workout:
1. De Leo
2. Kasanova
3. Alexis
4. Daniel
5. Mark Astley
6. Garcon
7. Cyberella
8. Fastway
9. Wendy White
10 Leslie Parrish
11.Dave Rodgers
12. Powerful T.
13. Salt & Peppa
14. Joe Yellow
15. Ken Martin
