She was going to sing all of Dima's female tracks but then she saw that SEB197 is going to be Non-Stop and she was like AVEX SUXZ so she cried and cried and wrote angry forum posts about it then flew to London to search for Karen with Pamsy and DJ Zorro. So now I don't think it's her.Lebon14 wrote:FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuNine wrote:I think it's David Dima's sister, Diana Dima

LOL it's all so clear now. Maybe Karen will rise from her grave...who knows! I'm glad I could paint a more clear picture for you. Maybe they'll write a movie or a children's book out of this adventure... it would be insanely popular. Even more so than Twilight and Harry Potter combind.para_rigby wrote:LOL it's all so clear now. Maybe Karen will rise from her grave...who knows! What Nine and Javi (Jayveemon) are talking about its how tiring this discussion is getting. The whole thing isn't going to be solved by boycotts or long posts about Avex sucks and this and that. I'm sure as you are aware from Newfield's posts that even the producers and writers are frustrated with some of Avex's decisions. Since the inception of the podcast I think we all (some hosts more than others lol...) have said that we don't like the way Avex is working their "magic". We even recently posted on the SEPH blog recently about how we're frustrated that mora doesn't accept our money as you have pointed out. In the end I think we at SEPH just got tired of the "let's blame avex movement" and just decided to move on. Whatever your decision, be it purchasing 197 or not, it's really pointless to show your anger in this situation as avex has clearly shown they don't really care, so in the end, neither do we hence why we've mellowed out on the subject.para_rigby wrote:Finally, I wish the Nine-Jayveemon-etc. crowd would stop changing their stance on Avex every few months. These two were once THE most vocal on how demonic Avex was, complaining and ranting not only on EBP, but through their blog and podcast. If you contrast Nine and Jayveemon's forum posts with this blog entry by Nine/Phil and this blog entry by Jayveemon, they would have to be the two biggest hypocrites I've seen yet in this debate. Did they both forget they posted these entries on the SEPH blog barely over two months ago? What I fail to understand is how Avex have made the most damaging changes in eurobeat's history, yet Jayveemon and his cohorts—all who were once opposed to Avex in every single way—are supporting Avex's new regime. While I'd love to hear how they justify that by avoiding the major issues yet again and telling us all to 'stop making assumptions!', I think this debate is past its used-by date.
In sum, I will not be purchasing this album, but for those who desperately want to listen to SEB197, please pirate it rather than support the changes Avex has made. It is the most effective means to make your voices heard, and the more people who refuse to buy, the more powerful the impetus to revert these unfortunate changes.
House Revolution and Maharaja Night House Revolution have bigger problems than that, unfortunately. Besides, it's not like SEB60 and 70 would sell a lot to give an incentive for production anyway.#Infinity wrote:You know, I really just wish it were a lot easier to buy older SEB albums in any format, extended or not. A lot of them (especially ones from the glorious 60's and 70's decades) aren't even availbile on cdjapan.co.jp, so they're completely impossible for me to buy.
I've had and still have some negative opinions regarding AVEX and how they do things - hell I went on a rampage when AVEX had my YouTube account suspended (I was a really active YouTuber prior to the suspension so it really upset me.) I'm too lazy to go find the blog post to link you all, but I went to town when my account was suspended and you're more than welcome to go find it if you wanna waste your time trying to dig up dirt on me.If you cannot download SEB compilations outside Japan, this is not due to AVEX policy, but due to labels who want to sell their tracks outside Japan by themselves to turn better profit. I hope you understand the situation."
That's nice. So we should stop just because you and a couple of people can't stomach a strong opinion different to yours?Nine wrote:Personally, I don't want to come here and see all this "AVEX SUX" crap over the screen.
If that were even half of what this debate was about, then there would be no point, but this megamix situation just tipped the boat.Nine wrote:If you don't want to buy SEB197 because it's nonstop, then don't and move on.
I'm assuming that this refers to Hi-NRG Attack and Saifam, because we sure as hell ain't seeing any SCP or GGM extended releases aside from the Avex ones in Japan...Nine wrote:If you cannot download SEB compilations outside Japan, this is not due to AVEX policy, but due to labels who want to sell their tracks outside Japan by themselves to turn better profit. I somehow don't think this will work. I don't think the person deleting the videos actually watches all of them.DJ Mike TJG wrote:I suppose if you really wanted Avex to take notice (assuming they probably don't read these forums), you could always post a ton of videos on YouTube under various titles of EB songs, but simply with a video saying:
"Dear Avex,
Please stop mistreating Eurobeat and its fans.
Stop making it harder to BUY Eurobeat.
All you're doing is making people more likely to pirate it.
Thanks xx"
Would make for interesting reading for whoever goes pouring over YouTube looking for videos to ban!
Neither are that hard to find if you know where to lookOut of all of them I would say House Revolution is the hardest to find and Maharaja Night second. I find that Euromach is relatively easy to find however.
