I could make out a list of SCP songs that sound alike, but rather than waste my TIME, I'll just to point, that if people would take the TIME and really listen to the songs, they would hear that they are indeed different in many aspects. Speed. Lyrical Tone, some even like "Magic Rainbow" break away from the usual Eurobeat formula. Sure they use the same intruments for Elena songs(signature sounds), but lately songs like Magyka and Erika are even adding in some Guitars wich give Elena's songs a more aggressive vibe. Thus making thier sond even more mega. The remakes are in no way a sign of lacking creative ability, but more a way of bringing the old classic into the 2000'sRose - Over The Sky
Rose - Magic Rainbow
Rose - Perfect Time 2007
Alexis - Blue
Alexis - One Night In Tokyo
Alexis - Beautiful
Alexis - Night Prayer
Vanessa - I'm Ready
Degaz Feat. Vanessa - Stand Up
Helena - Night Harmony
Helena - Melodies Of Love 2007
Helena - Your Love Is Melody
Helena - Lonely Night 2006
Sophie - Touch Me Touch Me
Sophie - My World 2006
Sophie - Drive In The Night
I have nothing against SCP as a whole, but some experimnets(as some have mentioned) tend to gear over to a more EuroBeat/Hypertechno fusion which sounds wierd and not at all Eurobeat.
As far as cd space is concerened, everyone remebers SEB 153 where SCP was given the spotlight of 6 songs? Sombody or maybe the fans didin't agree with that amount, so they were reduced again. I'll admit I liked every SCP song(except Christine), but obviously AVEX disagreed.
I myself would not mind 3 songs per label a cd. Time has only been given 1 more song per cd as of lately. I think it would be great to have 3 HRG Attack songs, 3 DELTA, 3 AbeatC 3 Go Go Music and Three SCP.
My main reason to respond to this thread is the thoughtless and pitless words people use by saying "drop labels" "F**k this and That" "S**T this & S**T that" I'll admit I surf many forums of Techno, Hip Hop and Top 40 and use language like that to express that kind of music, but I really HATE that music. So when I see those words expressed for Eurobeat, I wonder if you really are a fan at all(no pointing fingers) So label bashers IMOP are not Eurobeat fans. Grow up & enjoy the genre
