Vitamin pop for popular songs?
Wait wait... Popular jpop songs remixed into eurobeat by the labels? Nanten [SPAM] anyone?
Well, isnt the entire song an ad for cough drops or something? Which you "pop" the pills into your mouth

Hm. On the one hand this could go downhill fast. On the other, it could also go UPHILL in intentional humor fast... depends on how the labels pick, or how Avex assigns the jingles.

Why does it seem like people are assuming the theme is Jpop remixes again?

Vitamin
Pop. Vitamin could mean "Update" or "Upgrade" and Pop is... well popular songs of the moment.
In other words, the theme would be "Upgrade of popular songs". Excellent ideas for the words of the theme

No, you aren't missing a point.
Yeah, it's like a SEB193 but instead, it'd be popular Japanese Pop songs remixed into Eurobeat...

Or Vitamin could mean Energy/Energetic as in Energetic Pop Style tracks, with tracks like in the style of Disc 2 of SEB Best 2008

I for one don't want anymore remixes for now. J-Pop or Russian or whatever. I want fresh new tracks

Actually, J-Euro remixes has had their golden hits as well and after hearing 193, I am not very much against the idea of J-Euro remixes but of course, Hearing new tracks beats anything else.
To put it short, I am okay with a J-Euro remix album.

Hot Limit was already awesome! It's very hard to surpass not alone equal the original's greatness. One of the very few remakes that are golden status for me was Heartbreaker 2007- Toby Vale and that was because the original was totally rienvented. I don't think Hot Limit could surpass its LIMIT

This sounds like the most likely interpretation.
