I'm pretty happy how 152 turned out, it was a lot better than I thought it'd be at least... Fastway kicks ass

I'm new to this forum (but not to the Eurobeat scene) and own only the 47th SEB album (which I bought for 2 Euro ^_^V ) I want to cut down my illegal downloading and stimulate AVEX by buying CD's from 'em... Hmm... I wanna know if it's a waste of my money. I've read the review though, I'm not really sure 'bout it ^_^; Should I wait for SEB Pres. the Best of 2004 or go for 151?

Well I'm not exactly sure on how you feel about the current state of eurobeat. 151 as an album was kick-ass but it wasn't even proper eurobeat for the most part. The songs were more pop-py and it was in many ways closer to a basic popalbum. 152 is more of the good old traditional eurobeat that we love, but there are better albums out there than it as well. I don't really know what the tracklisting for the best of 2004 will be like, but knowing that this year has been very high quality for us fans I doubt that it would be bad.

So if you ask me, I'd invest on the best of 2004... but if you're intending to get more than just one album then 151 or 152 will both work too... After 142 there haven't been any bad albums and I could recommend any.. or 141.

In my opinion if you like Eurobeat, you should buy all of them.
Best of.. will just a mix. (sorry I don't like mixes so much. they are all the same)
The real Eurobeat style is closer to 152 than 151. Bore has right.
I buy all from a... time ago, and I say now: I don't waste my time for shit mp3s.

Thaknks for the replies, I think I'm going for the best of 2004. I already ordered the Nuage album ^_^ Can't wait for that to land on my doorstep. Maybe I can go to Japan next summer and get my some cheap 2nd-hand stock. In general these are in a new-state 8)
