I heard as well that it could be January or February 2010 , depending on the publicity made for the album.

Avex is constantly changing their mind. Lemme rephrase that... 7A is constantly changing her mind. I've been told that on several occassion she has changed plans at the very last moment. So just because its the plan now doesnt necessarily mean it will be later. We'll find out for sure this week when 199 is released. Tomorrow I'll ask him about this again, maybe he knows about any date changes.
And if you want, I can ask somebody at Avex. A friend of mine has Avex employee friends.
