Well mine was pretty thought out for me. Those really are the top 10 songs out of every eurobeat song I've ever heard that I didn't like. If it was top 15 I'd have stuff like Da Burning Tokyo, Tomodachi Big Friend, Taste Of Love, Love As A Weapon and Sing Na Na Na there too.

Like I said, I doubt the old bad songs would be remembered anyway... Those recent songs in your list, and those older songs you're naming, seem like a worst of the best to me. They may be overplayed, you may be tired of them, or you may just think they're shit, but they are well written and have great melodies, except I'm Superstar. There are some really bad trainwrecks in the Eurobeat history that probably deserve more of a dishonorable mention than that. The thing is, those bad trainwrecks are long forgotten and we wouldn't even be able to remember their titles. Am I going to go through my Eurobeat collection to find the really bad songs? I don't think so, I've got better things to do, like finding the hidden gems that I will actually want to listen to again in the future.

Saying songs like Terminator is well written is like saying Futura is the best vocalist ever. It's just not true. As we really can't argue all too much if a song is well written or not because it's just opinion. What you may think is well written I may think is pure garbage. I stand by my Top 10.

Fair enough, it's all a matter of tastes anyway, not everybody can have the same bottom 10. And yes Terminator is a pretty hectic, if not random piece of music, I must agree!

...which is why all these TOP XX lists are completely useless and just a big waste of time.

Wow, what a stupid remark.

First of all, I'm unfamiliar with pre-2003 eurobeat songs.

Second, the pre-2003 eurobeat that I have listened to are much, MUCH better than some of the crap that's being churned out in the past year or three.

Third, it'd be reasonable to suppose that many people on this forum have only discovered eurobeat within the past year or so. Tell me, how would you expect them to be familiar with every single eurobeat song made in history to know what's truly bad?

And finally, where is your bottom 10? I can't wait to see how "well thought out" it is!

N.B. I'm sure many of us have a fair amount of dignity not to head on down to IDW and nab every SEB album in order to formulate a so-called "well thought out bottom 10." I'm presuming that's what you've done?

Not in any specific order, but crap songs are crap.

Dave Rodgers - Not Gonna Get Us
Helena - Melodies Of Love
Groove Twins - Dance Dance Monsteru
Mad Cow & The Harajuku Angels - Harajuku Girl
DJ NRG - Kamikaze
Dr. Money - Power Gun
Jinko Sbilenko - Too Many Lovers Night And Day
Dave Rodgers - Livin' La Vida Mickey
Overload - Terminator
Dave & Domino - Friday Night

drnrg: Yeah. The song just lacks creativity, and the synth line gives me a headache.

Panu: I thought Dance Dance Monsteru was your favorite Groove Twins song :P

Wow, someone felt concerned :P

May I give my opinion on a subject without having you jump at my face, please? This discussion was actually pleasant, don't let your susceptibility ruin it!

Like I said, I don't think the worst songs deserved to be remembered, and in my case I mostly remember what I like rather than what I dislike, so I don't think I can come up with an accurate bottom 10 anytime soon.
