I think you're being needlessly dramatic. With that and your "nuking" your whole collectionwolftickets1969 wrote:Another nail in this genre's coffin.

Would this have happened a few years ago, I would have been devastated, but now that all the good artists have already left, I don't feel much. The other labels are doing a good job, A-Beat-C isn't needed anymore anyways. There is also the odd chance another producer will take over and make the label truly active again, but who knows? And why would Dave just give the label away?
It's more like they got thier start at TIME. and by the TIME new producers came in the others were allready on thier way out. Farina-makes way for Pasquinni-makes way for Newfield/Dall Ora adds on Rimonti,Accantino,Gabrielli,Festari ect ect ect... In between thier were many other big names like Ventura,Spagna,Somenenzi,Vanni,Moroni,Caria...But I agree. I simply view this ABeatC thing as another "Time Exodus" like what happened 15 years ago when many Time producers, writers, and vocalists left Time to form other labels.
QFT...I highly, highly doubt that eurobeat as a genre would go down a notch with the possible disappearance of A-BEAT C. In my frank opinion, A-BEAT C lost its edge since the end of the 160s...granted songs like "Neverending Night" and "Go Go Go Baby Go" are pretty awesome, but there hasn't been a tremendous spark of genius as of late from the label.Densetsu13 wrote:I think you're being needlessly dramatic.
