Sinclaire is apparently aware of the issue with US and Canada iTunes not having volume 5. It will be there tomorrow.

This must sound terribly impatient, but it's been over a day, and I still don't see volume 5 posted on iTunes.

IIRC, you do use Musico right ? You can find all five volumes there, it's been there since it's release date.
