I might shed some light on the title, though, because it actually make sense.

You see, "Spider's Blood" is a remix of the first stage Boss of Touhou 11 ~Subterranean Animism~. The first boss is called Yamame Kurodani. She is a tsuchigumo. In English, she's an Earth Spider. At this point, it's easy to put the piece together, right? Oh, and her power is the manipulation of illness (mainly infectuous ones).

The lyrics themselves are most likely to make sense as we have to sets of different verses, bridge and chorus. Only the first chorus is repeated and once, after the breakdown.
