This is really quite saddening. Not even five days ago, I said I'd be willing to support Delta through Juno and iTunes in the future since I refuse to give Avex more of my money... Now I can't even do that anymore.

They really are trying to destroy what's left of their international fanbase.

Sounds ominous...

That doesn't sound right. Newfield hates Avex.

I seriously feel like I'm living through hell with all this insanity Avex has undergone. It all really makes me wish this were 2008, back when mu-mo.net actually was availible to overseas buyers, SEB was consistently still in extended format, and Avex didn't give a crap about Delta's separate releases.

with all the shit Avex has put DELTA through, I think they deserve at least 2 songs per cd with a possible 3.

It just makes no sense to remove songs that AVEX never even deemed good enough to showcase on SEB. That is just plain F**ked up in my eyes.

ex: E.M vol 17 was full of songs that were unreleased. I think AVEX is just jealous of the revenue that those E.M compilations brought in. They seem to be afraid to be knocked of thier podium. Well, I got news for AVEX; they have already lost that title with all thier dumb inconsistencies to the SEB series. TIME to give the labels a little freedom, cuz they could actually help with the distribution of Eurobeat, thus causing it's popularity to grow. tsk tsk DUMB AVEX DUMB!!

I think part of the reason why the EM was removed because of the artist albums, especially considering that some aliases are shared by Delta and Sinclaire...well, have been used by both labels, so Avex would need a handful of songs from Delta (for names such as Marko Polo) and probably know that having the EM up would totally affect their sales (since DRM-Free >>> DRM by many, I think...).

...on the other hand...not all the songs would be released on an artist compilation...so blah.

That, and... Javy? Caring about Newfield? Unpossible.

The business agreement was probably along the lines of this: "take your shit down from iTunes and Juno or be booted off the SEB series."

Wouldn't surprise me.

Could explain why he was only getting one song on SEB which BTW is also the amount HRG Attack and Saifam gets. Both also showcase thier music on Juno. See the pattern?

Me either but I would have chosen the later. I prefer to sell my own music with freedom and have all the revenue and do my own publicity instead of making bullshited by Avex all the time.

Yeah, of course. Next to be obligated to put 'em down is Hi-NRG Attack then Saifam/Asia's Eurobeat songs. Then, once everything has been down, Avex will have monopoly (at 95% - Farm...) on Eurobeat.

That's really evil and the labels needs to take action against that.

Avex could never make Saifam take their tracks down. They don't have the same kind of exclusive contract the other labels due. Avex isn't even where saifam makes the most money

OK, but at some point, if they were able to do it, they'll do it for sure.

Woah, I didn't even realize Newfield put up the EM series on Amazon! I may have to buy a couple more before avex decides to take them down.

XD I didn't either until HRG pointed out they put their albums up on there, so I did a search and found EM.

Sounds like Delta was supposed to have an exclusive contract, but they breached it with the EM series.
