I always start the download with 1 song at a time, and download the next one after the first one finishes. Not sure if it is necessary, but it works for me. Within 24 hours you have 3 attempts so you can go to your downloads page and try again. Go to 'My account' then 'History':

Then find the order date and click 詳細を表示. On the page that appears, you see all items you bought and the times downloaded. If the times downloaded is below 3, you can download the song again (within 24 hours after purchase). Good luck!

Can I ask exactly HOW you download the songs? Cause I just bought Help Me for the third time >.< and I just tried it again and it still gives me some mp3 that is 0kb size.... I know it downloaded something cause I have such a crappy connection that I know it downloaded something large But when it comes to actually saving it, it doesn't...

strangely I had that problem with this computer, but I didn't have it work with another computer. No idea what the problem is .

It's funny, but I've downlaoded 5 songs allready and everyTIME I have to resort to this thread to purchase a song. I just downloaded a song a couple of nights ago. When your order is confirmed ,you just click on the link below with the song's name. It's That easy.
