Hmmm I like the idea of Love In The Elevator 2009 as I've never heard the original...

I really like Love In The Elevator, although I wish it were released in the 130's instead and not appearing as yet another outdated track on SEB. The song by Veronica could possibly mean a Karen Wainwright comeback, although I have a strong feeling that it's just a different label using the same alias.

No Saifam makes me disappointed, but I'm REALLY looking forward to Shot Shot Shot. SCP again doesn't look too exciting; I really wish they would use Ace, Fastway, and Nick Mansell again, as I'm still not really that crazy about Jay Lehr's slower, less exciting releases; Wildlife is really the only song from him that I still enjoy. He's basically taken Van T.K.'s place for me as the SCP male who simply trails the best vocalists of the label (although his style is notably different).

King and Queen remake? Noooooooooooooo

But yay for Monkey Dance, Shot Shot Shot, and QUEEN 26. Excited to hear Futura too.

A pretty weak tracklist overall, especially when compared with the promising artist list of 195...

I'll reserve judgement until I hear some tracks though...

I'm pretty surprised that Monkey Dance is going to be on 196. :o I was told it was just for IIDX.

Coool, this one should be interesting.

I wonder if Upside Down is a cover of Coo Coo song....who knows, they could've borrowed the song from saifam? I'm so happy over the return of Starkly Ice though. I LOVED Take Me To Paradise!!!

April on April 1st, just wow.

I doubt its a cover of Coo Coo, it's probably an original song. I think even Avex knows better than to have more than 2 remakes on 1 CD 193 excluded for obvious reasons.

1. SPECIAL MEGA-MIX ~VITAMIN POP~ / NON-STOP MIXED by Honmax (New Generation) (Meh.)
2. ONE DAY / KATE RUSH (Who's this? Sounds pretty interesting.)
3. MONKEY DANCE '09 / Y&Co. feat. DOMINO (Loved this song. Glad to see it showing up on SEB!)
4. MAMMA MIA / VERONICA (Uh, what? This... doesn't seem promising.)
5. LOVE IN THE ELEVATOR / DAVE RODGERS (OH MY GOD YES. THIS SONG is great, and I'm glad it'll be there.)
6. BYE BYE TOKYO / DELTA QUEENS (Sort of depressing title, but I imagine Delta won't be losing its solid grasp any time soon. :) )
7. BRIGHT TIME / JAY LEHR (This guy's seen a lot of exposure lately. Hopefully he won't disappoint?)
8. HANAMI / APRIL (Translated J-Pop song or something?)
9. GIVE ME SUNSHINE / FUTURA (Not sure what to make of this one.)
10. STARGATE / STARKLY ICE (Sweet! Another song from a rare title.)
11. UPSIDE DOWN / QUEEN 26 (Cover of Coo Coo plzkthx?)
12. PIRATES / RICH HARD (YES. A song about pirates! This had BETTER be good, the expectations are higher than high for this one!)
13. KING AND QUEEN / TORA (--? As in, from the original King and Queen back in the day, but for SinclaireStyle instead of ABeatC? I know he had a credit in the original...)
14. SHOT SHOT SHOT / GIORGIA V (The yet-to-be-famous, one and only tune. Hopefully it turns out as good as we all hope it is!)
Really not sure what to make of this one... it seems really unusual. Let's hope it turns out really well.

I'm gonna disagree slightly, as quite a few of these artists are brand new and are making me somewhat interested, plus there's new music from Delta Queens and Giorgia V. The main question I have aside from Veronica being Karen or not is whether Upside Down (probably not a Coo Coo cover) is a straight eurobeat track like Kissy Boom Boom or a disco-styled track like Don't Let Me Be The First.

But wasnt Karen's alias Veronica Sales and not just Veronica? Chances are its a new artist... Rich Hard and Kate Rush if I had to guess I would say is Eurogrooves (how could Rich Hard not be its sounds so corny it has to be Dall'ora) and Veronica sounds like an alias Dima would use for a vocalist. And just curious, why would anyone want Queen 26 to remake Upside Down? Not knocking it or anything I mean I love Upside Down but just wondering. Why not it be a cover of Diana Ross or A*Teens?

Rich Hard is one of the best names ever.

Looks like I am wrong, upon actually taking a look at the SEB blog, Mammia Mia is a cover. And Love In The Elevator isn't a remake its the exact same thing you can already get on iTunes. And I think April - Hanami is SCP?

Let's hope it will be as awesome as Blast!'s Dancing Queen ABBA cover.

I'm not getting my hopes up too much knowing how HRG is with their aliases. IMO they're second to Saifam in artist title randomness. If it is as good as Take Me To Paradise AND in the same style, all the better 8)
