I've just listened to vol. 162 and must say the vocals on <i>"Stop To Give Up"</i>by EUROFUNK are apparently <b>Luca Torchiani</b> as we supposed. :P

We'd have to ask Newfield. It might be though it might not. Hopefully (at least in my case) it isn't because I can't picture Van T.K. anywhere outside of SCP though then again it's not just the label, it's the music. To me it would be like if Dave Rodgers went to Vibration, quite a different feel!

Hmm... The other Eurofunk song didn't sound like him though... Or it's just me.

But hey, this makes it the second artist Delta's grabbed from SCP.

Hmm...

Clara and Fernando from Time...
Maurizio from A-Beat-C...
Stephy and Luca from SCP...
Shared Claudio with HRG...
Stephy (again) from Vibration...
And I suppose Clara (again) from SAIFAM via Time...

:P

Eurofunk's song seems to be even better than the last one and the last one was excellent, imo.. Madison's song seems to be quite good.
Woah. That's some awesome stuff, there. Looks like this decade is picking up fast, leaving the 150's in the dust. ^_^ I hope the rest of the album is killer, too.

You know I had a theory. My theory was that Cody and Eurofunk was the same singer. They really sound similar so I dunno if thats true or not. Now I'm not sure if Eurofunk is Van T.K. though it would kinda fit seeing that Van T.K. vocals work well with disco style dance music. I started listening to the song Solid Rock and comparing it to Dancin' Time and the vocals are really similar. Anyone agree/disagree? I'm gonna ask Mr. Newfield too

I agree, I just got 162 and the new eurofunk song does sound like Van TK a lot.

In general though, the CD sounds amazing!! the Jeff Driller song is f'n crazy

They sound [Cody and Van T.K.] similar, but I'm not sure. It's possible, but I would doubt it.

I compared "Solid Rock - Cody" with "Dancin' Time - Van T.K." ...and it's true. Their voices are rather similar.

I'd put it at about 40% possible it's him.

Direct from Newfield

"hi!

back from tokyo, been there for a week.nice to see forum news!

luca is singing only on my songs,he's not cody.luca is living in my town,as stephy and elena ,that's why they sing only on my tunes while people living in milano, cody, nando use to work on bratt's songs.

eurofunk is a project, there is no official vocalist.first song was budriesi singing in a hard way with some falsetto...sound influences are eurobeat+EWF funk and dance-pop music."

Solves that problem. And makes sense. Kinda noticed certain singers only sing one person's (of Sinclaie and Newfield) songs.

Can't believe that was Budriesi on the first Eurofunk song. Gonna have to relisten. I love his voice, and I *so* did not recognize it...

Although, ya know, SCP uses Luca as their version of Rick Astley. Same with Delta and Budriesi... I wonder what a Luca and Davide duo would sound like...

Only if I can help.

Heck, Flying Away (one of the contest entries) was my attempt at a Kevin Johnson & Cherry song, only due to my (lack of) singing ability, less male ended up in the mix.

So, can we understand that Torchiani will still sing also for SCP as heretofore , or exclusively for Laurent?

Two of my favorite male singers together? Newfield I challenge you to bring them together! And make many songs!

vocalist may sing 4 diff labels coz they get more money for sessions.Only fools ask 4 exclusive vocals.I mean,if you give royalties to a singer and you sell million copies it sounds good for him but if bizness is poor the vocalist need to work on many productions to get a good income and pay his bill.
On the other side some vocalist switch label coz they not happy, simple!
Music is fun!
