So I just checked Japan iTunes for the new collections; sure enough, there they are.
So I sign in and it automatically takes me to USA iTunes... no such luck.

Once again the USA gets the shiv from SEB. Any other countries left out in the cold?

Hey, don't worry. This is pretty much always the case. Japan just happens to be the most-ahead country time-wise anyway, and I'm sure the other countries just haven't gotten the chance to update yet. I know this happened with the Mega NRG Man compilations as well. They'll show up eventually I'm sure, even if it takes a few days.

2009.7.29 ON SALE!

It's not the 29th here yet, but it is in Japan. Thats why they have them and the other stores don't. iTunes usually releases the album at midnight (midnight at the timezone the iTunes store goes by) on the specified date provided. It's been like that with the other iTunes special collections. Just wait for when it's suppose to be released in your timezone.

Not sure if this is the right thread, but what the hey.

149 and 151 extendeds are *back* on iTunes Japan. (they were up for about a week or so in March, then disappeared, but hey, they're back!) Maybe Avex will restart rereleases...?

It's like somebody at Avex finally read this forum and went "Ohhhh, so they want Euromach era stuff?"

Of course most of the Hi-NRG stuff has long since been available on their own compilations (which begs the question of why Avex is repeating so much of it), but the SCP + A-Beat C collections are a definite must-have.

About bloody time! :P

I'm hoping the absence of a "Vol. 1" next to the SCP/A-Beat C albums doesn't preclude a "Vol. 2" later down the line, although hopefully they'd just put the songs in some alternate compilation.

Possibly because of the Euromach compilation thats coming in October. Trying to get people interested...

Yeahhhh... I wondered if that might also be a reason. Maybe that means we'll get some more in November? Still loads of unreleased Time, Delta/SinclaireStyle, A-Beat C, SCP, Hi-NRG they could get through.

A lot of stuff on SCP Special Collection I already have or it is on vinyl, so not looking forward to it as much as I am the Rodgers & Contini one :O

I can't believe they're finally releasing I'm Free / Virginelle and Ever Lasting Love / Karen!!!

It's almost as if they are saving TIME for the end just as they were the first to appear on SEB.

The Euromach tracks are awesome. Rockin' Dome, Mr. Nice Guy, and I Wanna Play Guitar are def grabs for me...oh and Touch Me Here Touch Me There!

Dr NRG, I'm still sad not to get an official extend of Love Train!

I sense trouble. Is HRG going to get banned from self-releasing as did Delta? Say it ain't so!

I kind of wish they had a second SCP or A-Beat C collection, as everything from the HRG ones is already released on separate albums (it really only targets towards Japanese audiences who don't have access to them or don't know about junodownload.com, aside from just being a way for Avex themselves to gain more full dominance), but there are at least some really cool tracks to be released on the other compilations like Young & Wild, You Make Me Feel, and Mr. Nice Guy. The inclusion of both Goofy DJ songs is a plus, too!

Still upset at the lack of Brother & Sister, plus many other SCP classics like Stop Lookin' Back, Sunshine In My Life, and a bunch more Christine songs.

I doubt it. The compilations they've released thus far are not available to Japan (I assume they think Japan has access to more material and therefore wouldn't miss as much?), so these publications shouldn't impede much.
