Some new trend indicated, imposed by Avex Trax while Delta joined? 1996 suddenly A.Beat-C. hired Black Power and Time Records started with vocals sounded like Dave Simon. Both voices not necessarily matched to hitherto imaginations of fans with "italian taste". As I have huge sentiment to Time Records, which surely introduced me to Eurobeat with countless golden hits much before I met A.Beat-C. and that melodies are here still perfect today's tune:

L. Pernicci shurly did introduce a new sound to TIME records and Eurobeat in general. This also brought a new batch of singers aliases to the mix. Ika, Dave Simon, Mike West, Triumph and Mr. M; just to name a few. Those songs; Luca produced were also some of the fastest of that era, but still very melodic in synths , guitars ,and pianos.
