This. Hell, some of the tracks are even the (few) old school SEBs that made it onto iTunes. Just a quick look, but Fine and Never Mind are the only two that strike me as not having had extended releases before (aside from what DJ Mike said).
Though I suppose one thing to note is the two collections are listed in iTunes as Rodgers/Contini ones (ie A-Beat & SCP).

Does Time factor under the Eurogrooves license at all?

Eurogrooves should be unaffected but there isn't enough released under eurogrooves for a collection

Sergio Dall'Ora should seriously start releasing separate compilations if Time's deep catalogue has no real association with Avex anymore.

"Love Explosion" is my new addiction. Where has this song been my whole life? If you don't have it already, BUY IT.

but as we all know, AVEX has no word. Did you allready forget SEB 194. The Valentines comp. The Mr. M and Kasanova songs were credited to TIME label.
I agree that Sergio should deal directly with Maiolini and buy back his catalog . After All AVEX is just on thier ass with that TIME catalog. It's all about the greed

Oh my god, Love Explosion is very, VERY good! It's so good that I'd actually feel confident showing it to my friends at school, since it sounds like something that would receive widespread attention more than any other eurobeat track to date imo.

Not exactly my cup of tea and it's for that same reason you seem to like it.. I couldn't care less about Eurobeat acceptance around the world of ot¿s gonna start losing it's Eurobeat essence. I feel more confident showcasing Set My Heart On Fire or some of the other tracks on Eurofreak 2.

Those were tracks released that Avex already had licensed Before the snafu with Time happened. They probably figured might as well use them since it fits the theme. That and apparently Avex was really picky about the love & sweets theme to the point the album would have been delayed without using those songs.

Avex finally republished all iTunes collections on their website Discography, although amusingly with the exception of November's releases - however the SEB 200 Collections are up there. Presumably these are also out on iTunes now! (Can't check from work.)

Maiolini isn't going to make AVEX apology easy. They will have to literaly kiss his feet. The TIME catalog has some of the most celebrated Eurobeat and italo songs of the first boom. and when they finally appear on itunes , believe me it's gonna cost AVEX big. Dall Ora wanted a clean slate so his songs stay with with Maiolini up to the point of having to change his artist names as well. Helena to Hely for instance. There will be surprises in the near future. Stay tuned
