That's because Avex just licenses our tracks, all promotional activities and such is all handled by Avex. We don't get any information about that.

Niconico Douga kicks people out of the live stream when the stream is "full" if they are not premium members (which many aren't including me). I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Tamaki points out that the SEF event is from 18:00 to 23:00, but the broadcast is from 20:30 to 22:00, which seems awfully short.

Good find mate! Weird that they've only posted a sample of one song - maybe they're hopeful that it will be enough to get people's interest? Or at least create some more buzz and hype around the release?
