From SEB 198, I don't know if an extended version exists, would be awesome to hear it.

Discomagic.
Ursula was a Farina - Crivillente production previously with her big hit "Young People" in 1989, while this one isn't in the same league as that song, but it's still a nice tune with an 80's SAW sound. Enjoy the pretty woman on the cover too !

Oh boy, I wasted 20 minutes and couldn't find it anyway in any magazine. I remember I Venti D'Azzurro paragraph about SEB Vol. 52 premiere, they wrote "We are jumping around the office happy to see new Dave Rodgers, Juliet and Virginelle". These were words about "Nothing Changed", "Intuition", "Like A Virgin". And they added "Indeed nothing changed in A.Beat-C. music, still the best", something like that.
Found it, you remembered well! It was the back of the july 1995 issue. I'll quote the page here:
I Venti d'Azzurro magazine wrote:SUPER EUROBEAT NEWS
Dear fan, you are now entering perhaps the most shocking S.E.B.-review of the past few months !! When we discussed this volume 52 and have listened to the songs presented on this disc, we were hyping and jumping allover the office ! The incredible return of Dave Rodgers singing: "Nothing changed" (and in fact n.o.t.h.i.n.g. changed, he is ever so g.r.e.a.t.!), the wonderful Virginelle (it is a real pity, a loss, that this song is not released on vinyl 12"), the happy "PIzza Dance" by Lolita or the oustanding Juliet with her "Intuition". Do we need to say more ?!? With so many other A.Beat-C and Time-hits you can enjoy the best of the best out of Italy, out of Japan. Thanx to the incredible AVEX-Company for believing these majestic sounds !

"Hero" is such a great song. I love how Dave sings the third verse and right before the pre chorus, the songs goes into that synth line; which is the prefect spot to mix in your next song. That song made me pull out my Aleph 12's. "Bad Power" is another must have if you are a Pasquinni fan.
