That's one of my favourite Dima songs at TIME. Don't you think it kinda sounds like "Mazinga Go" around the chorus?

Yeah absolutely. I saw an old post of yours that stated that, so I gave this song a shot. Energetic, memorable materials from Dima without a doubt.

There are actually a few of us who like it. If you listen real closely ,you will hear that "You Spin Me Round(like A Record) vibe in the song and Thomas sounds a bit more aggressive in this song than he has in previous ones. My only beef is the intro, but what do you expect from ABeatC? :)

A-Beat C's intros have been a problem for a while, but with "Up & Down Spin Me Like A Record" you can see that Pasquini and co are starting to change their intros so they blend in more with the rest of the song. That's why I like this Mega NRG Man track - not for its bits and pieces but as a complete whole. It's not a full-blown A-Beat C revelation yet, but they're getting the gist of it, I feel.

Speaking of intros, I discovered something pretty amusing today. I found that HRG's introductions lately ALWAYS last 24-25 seconds long. I kept fast forwarding their tracks to the 24 second mark and the riff was always just about to start, haha. There's only very few exceptions to this since SEB171, namely their SEB174 tracks.

HRG need to vary up their intro length a little more, or even their typical track duration for that matter. It's unnerving to hear the same formula being repeated for years now, though I can probably guess their reasoning for it.
