Same sound indeed! TIME studio sounded great back then. This song always reminds me of Sweet 'n' Sour - I Wanna Love You. It was written by Antonio Puntillo as well:

gonna go to Downtown records. This was a subsidery Time records label; where we first came across the name Tommy K. who was original Gino Caria.
