Not "Elephant Terrible", but "Enfant Terrible" (Terrible Child (direct TL); Problem Child (Localized)). It's the first thing you hear in the chorus at 1:02.

LOL! "Elefante Terrible" seemed more like a Festari title. I can barely make out what Festari is singing, but that's not why I got into Eurobeat in the first place. The song is clearly from his the era where he was responsible for most of the catalog. That's probably why it clicked with me right away. Anyway, Now I need to know all the lyrics to that song. The only other song with a similar title being "Problem Child" is from AC/DC.

SCP has put out an unreleased song on their new Eurokudos Vol. 11 album by one of my top 5 favourite eurobeat vocalists, David Srb!

Has a bit of the Dead Or Alive "You Spin Me Round" beat in the first verse. Love it.
