8) Speaking of "Real girls" remember the Eurobeat Flash cd covers. Nice looking Girls, but had no connection with the music whatsoever. One of my friends, just by looking at thiose covers asked me , if I was into oriental kids music. That really steamed me  So I played him "Number One" by Fastway. He immedidatly appologized!

hey why not start a little contest between all of us and see who can come up with the best SEB future cover :D Maybe even submit some of them to AVEX. Just an Idea. :D

Also last year in the Staff voice avex posted pictures of photo shoots (one of which ended up being the 165 cover, the rest have not been used or never will be)
Wow... how did "the cover (of SEB 125 [and by implication, similar covers around that time]) looks computer rendered" get turned into "SEB covers are computer generated... no they aren't!"?!?

Oh well... I doubt the cover of SEB 125 is computer generated, it just doesn't quite look real.

Here's a CG girl:

To be fair, some of the techniques there aren't state of the art (e.g., the hair) but either way, if you know what to look for, you can see she's *definitely* not real. OTOH, it doesn't stop her from being quite hot.

<LOL> What the hell is "oriental kids' music"?!?!

I dunno, I don't think the cover of SEB 126, well, at least that photo and the lens flare, can be beat. ;) I'm game if everyone else is though.

Actually those girls did sort of have something to do with the music. Those girls are the ones that did the J-Euro cover on that particular CD.

8) You are right. They are the girls that sang J-Euro version of "Paradise" etc. I thought they were kinda pretty. My friend was the one with problems. On the good news he now collects Eurobeat regularly.

hey that computer Gen girl is hot. Let's put her on an SEB.

...and I have no idea what "Oriental Kids Music" is ...and I do not want to find out. Maybe he compared it to Eurobeat Disney or something like "Tricky, Sticky and Bang" That's sounds like kids

Well, she's from NFS Underground, so I don't think EA will be TOO pleased about that idea. ;)

Eww @ Norah Jones and Coldplay. Moaning your music a la Dave Matthews is crap.

At least most eurobeat singers have good voices :)
Please don't drop me baby~

They could always have 'scary-tortured' CG girls on the cover!

(As for Coldplay, their songwriting is passable, I don't think it's anything great, they're reasonable musicians, but I don't care to hear whiny, depressing music. I like super-polish. :D)

8) Thought this topic was long forgotten?, but as long as it's back,
I heard somewhere that the original model for Max Coveri(Forget his name) was gay? Is there any truth to that?
Funny, He never striked me as gay, because he posed with that very attractive lady on Radiorama "123", but who knows.

Yes and no. From what I read, Massimo Maglione (=Max Coveri) seems to
have been come out gay, but he might have been just acting like that he was
gay. He was doing drag queen as Billy More, but as you know, all the drag
queens aren't necessarily gay and he was saying that he enjoyed the double
personality which became tools of the trade and it was like a mask under
which no one recognized him.
