guess the copyright whatever law doesn't apply to them
What's the big deal? It's the music that counts, right?
So is thing out yet? I mean, so they can get on with the 211 cd.

There's something called stock photography.
Which translates to; 'Avex bought the rights to use that image for whatever they want to use it for'.

Listening to Best of 2010...decent mixing so far, but I'm still wondering why the f**k "Wonderlight" was put on this album?! Seriously, the song was from the 110s or 120s, if I'm correct. It's not a new song not seen before on the main series or a hit from this decade. This is my WTF moment.
As well, the time for "I Belong to You" is 5:03. For a megamix album with most songs around 2:00-3:30 minutes, this is unnecessarily long.
Idea: take out Wonderlight and shorten I Belong To You...and maybe Avex could have put in "My Hot Guitar", "Good Love & Mystery", "Go Shinkansen", or even "Promised Discoland"

It might have something to do with the fact that the title 'Wonderlight' looks very similar to 'Wonderlover' and Avex probably mixed them up somehow, but even then I don't know how they could do that since 'Wonderlover' is already included on the tracklist for disc 1. Can't think of any other explanation though...

They just put it on there because it was on the Leslie Parrish iTunes Special Collection.

So I guess since the special collection was released in 2010 it qualifies as a 2010 track (and so does all the ancient tracks like "Heart Of Stone") and even becomes one of the best tracks of this year even though most people would have heard it about 7-8 years ago mmm yeah I still don't get it.

Seems like a poor excuse if Avex used that logic. I could bitch about this more, but since it's all released and whatnot, no use bitching anymore....

As I thought, I enjoyed some of the songs from this era in non-stop format than I didn't like in it's entirety. Like Bigga Boom, I Am A Liar, Coolover for example.
I absolutely love the minimix they did in Evergreen of other Karen songs. That was a treat.
Overall a decent Best Of. Not the BEST but it's enjoyable.

Where can you hear samples at? amazon.co.jp doesn't have any.
